Over the course of three weeks I've had three different people come and try to help repair water lines under the house. Cost me nothing but time and lots of money today Ray was patient, kind, and thorough. He explained how to fix everything after carefully figuring out the mess left by others. So extremely thankful and will never forget his help today. Thank you Ray you deserve a raise and dinner.

Excellent service! Could not find a part I needed to repair my washer and a very sweet lady employee, Maria I believe her name was, stopped what she was doing and escorted us to exactly what I needed! This is excellent customer service and truly appreciated

Paul in appliances assisted me in a stove purchase today. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & personable. Told him I was hoping to take one home today (ours blew last night 😔) and he searched in store stock for us. Sadly none were available in store but secured an ASAP delivery date of Next Tuesday for us! Explained all the details of our purchase to the fullest extent as well. Super friendly guy, I enjoyed my experience.

We hang out here a lot. The staff is excellent and personable. The store is always clean.

Marla was a lot of help today. Came in for some appliances and she helped navigate the process. One of the items I wanted was out of stock so, she helped pick out another one. Overall good experience. She never pressured anything and only made suggestions. Thats the kind of help I appreciate.

My experience with Home Depot was awesome! I did an online order and I was notified immediately concerning my item!! When I arrived it was up front and ready to go!! They will definitely be my go to for all of mine hardware materials!!

I picked up twenty bags of cement and fencing strings I stood in line waiting for my phone order to process I noticed the paint area was busy and that young lady was doing a great job helping the customers

Associate Chris was EXTREMELY helpful!! He went to GREAT lengths to make sure I had the correct blades for the mower! He looked at packages and read them to make sure that the ones I bought were the ones I needed so I would not have to make several trips back and forth to buy the right ones!! He was very nice, courteous and patient in doing so. Well mannered young man to boot!! Made my shopping experience another great one!! 5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ALL the way and then some!!

After hurricane Idalia came thru Valdosta, we needed a generator. We called Home Depot and the lady that answered the phone was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with the info we needed. We headed over to the store, where we were able to purchase one. The staff eas amazing, they loaded our flatbed cart and after paying put the generator in the back of our truck with a tailgate that does not drop down. No complaing, no dirty looks, just smiles! THANKS to the whole team!

Every time I call in, I am met with quick, attentive & polite service. There's always somebody nearby to help out while in the store. & they definitely have good deals.

Ryobi RM300e

Purchased this mower about 1.5 years ago and still loving it.

I cancelled my lawn service and with the help of this little mower and other Ryobi tools I can easily manage my yard.

I am no influencer and get nothing free to post this. Wish I did to be honest.

No gas, no shifter, no oil, little noise what’s not to like?

The battery lasts easily with my one half acre and could probably do another.

I bought 2 very comparable lights, one from Lowe's, the other from Home Depot. I chose Home Depot's light because it was $9 cheaper, higher lumens, and higher CRI. I still prefer everyday shopping at Lowe's because of their military discount, and personable checkout process. At Home Depot, there were 3 employees loitering by the registers, herding people into self checkout.

I buy a lot from home Depot and Lowe's and occasionally I have a really exceptionally good experience. Today at home Depot in Valdosta a guy named Calvin in the bath vanity section helped me out twice and I really appreciate it. Hopefully his supervisor recognizes that he provides outstanding customer service.

I worked for this company seven years so it's just ingrained in my to go here...Hurricane Adalia had hit Valdosta and there was no power...I needed a way to charge my phone and I found it!

Just want to give a BIG shout out to the store manager Chris, he was so patient, kind, and helpful! He was willing to make a trip to my house just to help remedy a situation that ended up being fixed by the third party contracted XPO. I had many problems with my LG wash tower and I was at my wits end with things. Also want to give kudos to Antwon and Robert with XPO, they went the extra mile and gave me some faith in great customer service.
