Went to get raised bed soil. Closer to the house than Lowe's better service than Lowe's, didn't have to do self check out and I didn't have to load. A win win for this senior citizen lady.

It's like a hardware convenience store.
Always in and out fast, a great place to go if you just need one nut and one washer.
Everything you need or they'll get it for you. I wonder if my zoom spout turbine oil is in yet.

Stopped by to get some advice for weed control. The gentleman who assisted me was very friendly, patient, and helpful. Their prices are competitive, the store is neat and clean, and they have pretty much everything you can get at a big box store without having to hunt for someone to help you.

The inventory was great! The staff was exceptional and were able to point out what I needed for a project, and then went above and beyond for extra suggestions. Love this store!

I’ve been wanting to check this store out for a while, but never really had a reason to stop in…until today !?!
The flush handle on our toilet had broke & we needed a new one. I was hesitant to shop for one here because I was used to higher prices from other ACE stores, but I was pleasantly surprised to see a wide variety in stock AND at a reasonable price !
In addition, I was greeted by 3 young employees that all asked if I needed help with something. When I mentioned my need, the aisle location was given & I went right to it ! Very impressive !! Also, the cashier demonstrated excellent listening skills, which went above & beyond my expectations !!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are on the higher end and selection is limited. Its convenient if you're on the eastern/southern end of McDonough.

I went in to buy a yeti. They have large selection. The staff was friendly , and the customer service was great.

Ace is the place that you can call ahead and check on what you're looking for before making the trip. I love that about this franchise. McDonough has great knowledgeable staff that are willing to help and you can never leave without someone asking if you have what you need before leaving the store. Neat and organized always saves time for people like me.

Good Ace. Someone always offers help and the store is clean and organized. Unlike Lowe's or the Home Depot where employees walk around with their handheld devices like they are too busy to even acknowledge you, and their shelves may have six different items mixed in the wrong bin.

I've only had great experiences here. It's the only option for home repairs on this side of the Square; being new home owners with a lot of projects to complete, this store has been a lifesaver. Very friendly staff who are willing to help and talk through ideas.

This is a small local hardware store and is great for what it is. It serves an underserved area so it is my first stope many times since the other hardware stores are so much further away. They offer a small selection of many products but are limited by the size of the store.

I love that I have a reasonably sized hardware store so close to home. No need to fight the traffic. Staff is actually helpful, the same cashier every time I'm there...like a neighborhood store should be. It's just so easy to shop there! I'm looking forward to picking up my online order of 750lbs (15 bags of 50lbs) of play sand soon...so ready for summer!
