Art Collision Center did a phenomenal job on my Audi Etron. They had excellent communication and customer service throughout the process for my bottom bumper and spoiler scuffs.

They take care in handling as you can see in the photos with their seat, steering wheel covers and clean it from top to bottom before you receive it.

I have already recommended them and will always share their info. They dealt with my insurance, the process was seamless and their service was impeccable.

I highly recommend Art Collision Center… Simply put, their name says it all - Vitaly and Team are the best in the business for bodywork and wheel repairs too! Took my G87 M2 to Art after someone bumped into the rear bumper in a parking lot on Christmas. Vitali offered to order the paint (zanvoort blue) that day and expedite the repair so that I could be back on the road by new years. Unfortunately, a part that was damaged needed to be ordered so I didn't get the car back until the Thursday after but I really appreciated Vitali doing everything he could to make a bad situation better. When I got the car back, I was incredibly happy with the work he had done. The bumper looked straight out of the factory and all my interior was properly bagged and protected from any damage. Vitali is very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I will be recommending all of my car friends to his shop if they need any body work done.

My husband and I were looking for a professional business to repair our daughter’s Audi. We chose Art Collision and we were very pleased with their work. We live in Virginia and our daughter lives in Atlanta. They did a great job and they kept us informed and offered to pick her up when she was trying to get there to get her vehicle after it was repaired. Great service!!

I had a phenomenal experience with Vitaly and his team at Art Collision. I would truly recommend them to anyone. Being without your car/going through the process of getting it repaired is an inconvenient process, but Art Collision made it very easy and smooth.

This was my first experience with a collision center, and he was very accommodating and helpful. He not only explained the process to me, including supplemental applications with the insurance company, a clear breakdown of the charges on the estimate, and the timeline, but he went above and beyond to make this a smooth process. He helped to coordinate the rental car pick up and my drop off. His team opened a few minutes early to accommodate dropping my vehicle off before work, and they were so courteous and helpful. The office was extremely organized and the team seemed to communicate very well. He took care of the appropriate steps to get the full coverage with the insurance company and had my car assessed and approved by Audi following the repairs/before returning the car to me. They completed the job, which included installing a new bumper and grill, as well as patching up scrapes in <2 weeks, and it truly looks as good as new.

I was impressed by every member of his team, the ease of the process, his communication, their efficiency, and in general, the fabulous customer service. I live ITP, but I would drive to Duluth again, should I ever need a similar service. This was truly some of the best customer service, I have ever received, and I am grateful for all they did to make this a smooth process. Beyond that, I am impressed with how detail-oriented the technician is - the repair made it appear as if no damage ever occurred. 10/10 would recommend without hesitation.

No one ever wants to be in an accident, but if you are, Art collision will take the best care of you. They communicated well, explained everything, worked seamlessly with insurance and Audi of Atlanta and (most of all) did amazing work on my car. Plus, they even returned my rental for me. I have recently had both of my cars repaired by Art Collision, both jobs came out superb. My five year old Audi looks excellent and my brand new Explorer looks like it was just delivered off the showroom. These folks are professional and fairly priced in every sense. I needed a front bumper full respray. My color is not very common and has a red flack undertone. They did an AMAZING job on my car and the bumper looks beautiful. I set the appt ahead of time, dropped the car off, and received my car back extremely fast.

I have had a couple of my vehicles repaired at Alexander's Collision Center and the shop exceeds my expectations each time. The owner, Alex, manages the shop and is very helpful to answer any questions you have. The work they perform is excellent, and at a very fair price. I have been satisfied with all paint work they have done. The were able to precisely match the Jet Black paint on my BMW 3 series when I had the bumper replaced, as well as repair a spot on the door where the clear coat had peeled off. The door looked good as new when they were finished and you could not tell it had been repainted. Overall I highly recommend this shop, and they perform high quality work at a fraction of the cost of Magnum Collision or other "high end" body shops in Atlanta.
