Chili's Grill & Bar

We dined in as a party of 4, grabbing a quick bite before we ventured back to Florida. One place that rarely gets it wrong is Chili's. This experience was no different.

Our server, Kaylen, was the bomb. She was very attentive, polite, and just an overall sweet person.

Our food was delicious. Prior to our entrées, we ordered appetizers. We dug in so quickly that they didn't make the pics 🤣. We had the bottomless chips & salsa, mozzarella sticks, half texas cheese fries, and a cup of chicken enchilada soup (fav). EVERYTHING was cooked perfectly, and we truly enjoyed ourselves.

There isn't much else to say. The experience speaks for itself. Another great time together. I highly recommend that you stop by if you're in the area.

They have improved their menu , there's a lot more options now . We enjoyed our meal.

In house BarBQ sauce double Old Timer. It's going down. And my server was A-1. I promise you. Ask for John. I promise you he will take care of you. This is the one time I need a to-go plate. This was a big burger.

My sister and I had lunch at Chili’s yesterday. We had not been there for awhile because last few times were not good experiences. But this time was a complete turnaround. Restaurant was clean, staff was great and food was delicious. I had the chicken bacon quesadilla and it was so good. I also got the paid $3.99 to have the chips with my choice of 3 dips ( I had salsa, guacamole and white queso). All were delicious and was able to bring leftovers home along with a fresh full bag of chips. If you haven’t been to the Chili’s in Valdosta lately I recommend you go. I was sure to tell the manager on duty just how pleased we were with our meal and service today.

As far as Chili's goes, this one was easily one of the best that I've been to. The bar isn't exactly high at corporate restaurants, but I genuinely had a nice time.

Chelsea, our server, was as sweet as can be. She was patient when explaining how to use the touch screen system and helped us redeem a coupon. Her chipper and pleasant demeanor was so exceptional that I felt compelled to write out a review in the first place. All of the other staff were kind as well, topping off our chips and salsa and grabbing us to-go containers. It was nice seeing everyone work together so well.

Similarly, the food was relatively nice. Ribs could've been better/less tough, but I didn't have super high expectations anyway. Surprisingly fresh and crisp salad, thin and crispy chips, and the kitchen didn't skimp on cheese and dressings. I felt well taken care of all around, especially on a fairly busy night- Dec 27th around 8pm/8:30pm.

The staff was very friendly, both the young ladies that assisted with the delivery. Order was ready for pick up when I arrived which made thing better

Stopped in for a quick bite and drink. Waitress was ON IT, drink was awesome (strawberry margarita), food was fast and hot :)

Service was fantastic and the food was delicious. Price was spot on. I ordered steak, loaded baked potatoe and roasted broccoli on lunch special. $14.99 and included my ice tea with a caesar salad. Wonderful 😊

The service was excellent. Food was tasty, hot,and satisfying. The atmosphere was typical bar and grill.

The Bartender was the one that waited on us. She was fantastic. She made a fresh cup of coffee for us and the Mollton Lava was right on!! Didn't get her name but she was great!!

Every time we eat here, it is always excellent. Nachos, burgers, egg rolls, ribs, quesadillas(not sure of spelling) and more are all so yummy.Great service.

This is the first place my family and I have been to in such a long time where we were treated so great. We were ordering to go, and my mother couldn't make it to the booth you place to go orders at because of her limited mobility. The staff was so nice and helpful, and they made sure we were very well taken care of. Honestly, most places would have been waiting for us to move on. They made sure we had a drink right away, and made us feel like we weren't in the way or being a bother since we didn't make it to the ordering area we needed to be at. Best part, our food order was correct. That's definitely another first in a very,very,very long time. Thank you so much.
