They had our part in a day. Unfortunately it had the wrong bolt setup. So we had to return it. But definitely was able to access parts very fast. The new look at the front of the store is nice. You can see Napa now. Great cutomer service.

Love this store! Great service! Can't believe how many times I've gone to this store to order a "hard to find" part for my vehicle, and even my tractor, to find out they had it in stock at the store. Thank you guys for all your help. They also make hydraulic hoses at this store.

I drove from Monticello almost an hour to deal with this store due to the fantastic customer service I get. I was glad to see Jerri there to help me out she is VERY nice and knowledgeable about things.

I was researching a radiator drain plug for my 2007 kia optima. The store associates greeted me with a positive attitude and were very helpful during my visit.

Very helpful. Salesman went out of his way for me just to look for a single bulb for my van in back stock. His system said he was out of stock but he looked anyway.
