I went in just to browse to kill time until an appointment and walked out with almost $500 merchandise (seriously th3 total before savings was $490 something!) for only $80! And I can't even BEGIN to describe how helpful the staff were. There was a clearance on a certain brand and they helped me (and others taking advantage of the sale) find every single nook and cranny those items could be in--including researching and then bringing stuff out from the back! And then after over an hour of waiting on my every whim, they found me a $20 off coupon! I seriously cannot accurately describe what an amazing shopping experience I had yesterday. I've always overlooked this store thinking it was a bit posh for my wallet but not anymore!! I wish I could remember the girls and guy's name who helped me so I could spotlight their absolutely PERFECT customer attention and assistance, plus they were all just so CHEERFUL, and happy to HELP! I'm assuming the management is great at his/her/their job, because I strongly believe happy employees equals happy customers!

This store has just about anything you need around your home. The prices are reasonable on most things. The store is clean and nice. The people working there are very helpful.

Absolutely wonderful business. Employees are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I bought a membership for $20.00 earlier in the year and this membership earned me a 20,% off coupon on my purchases which came to $120.00 off this last shopping event. Wow, what a fun place to get marvelous quality items that brought a fantastic sparkle to my home. It's fun to wake up beneath my new Zeider down filled comforter. That kept me as warm a as toast and it's almost weightless. My new sheets are crisp and cozy as well. With my huge discount, I virtually received my Shark vacuum, mop sweeper free with money left on the coupon to buy extra Shark cleaning supplies. Love this place. You will too.

More people need to stop by and give this store another chance. My wife loves coming in and she always finds something that she loves that helps her in the house or just looks amazing, like her. While something's may be a bit pricier they are definitely better quality. The workers always have a smile and don't run

I love this store! I just placed an order for a wine rack I purchased back in February. This time, I was able to call in and they found my February order, and placed the order really quickly. I was able to apply my coupon and qualified for free shipping too. Thanks to Miss Sarah for her great customer service!

Great shopping experience ever! The associate Josh S was very pleasant and helpful. I asked him for something in specific and within minutes I had my item and checking out in less than 5 mins.

Good customer service and product selection. Associate recommended the membership to us since we would save more on our purchase. She even showed me the math. Very helpful and fun.

Cashier was most patient, polite and professional! Her eager willingness to research my item of interest and offer suggestions was a pleasant reprieve from 'cashiers of late'. Options of delivery were explained and her thorough -yet unrushed- attitude was sincerely appreciated!

Fairly easy to negotiate and find products, but definitely jam packed with merchandise,?! Excellent wait staff. Made it very easy and economical to gift wrap items for bridal shower and that rapping was a free service. able to find grapefruit knife unavailable in other stores with a fair-sized collection of kitchen utensils. Kudos for caring harder to find items!

I cannot say enough about the great service I received recently when I had a problem with my DeLonghi coffee maker (which makes the best coffee ever). They went out of their way to solve my problem and have my machine delivered free of charge to my home. I will always shop there first before checking other stores in our area! Thank you BB&B!

The customer service in the Valdosta store is top-notch. From the time you walk in the front door, until you walk back out, you are well taken care of. On my last visit Randy (Operations Manager) made sure that I was well taken care of. Thank you Bed Bath & Beyond for bringing back customer service when so many other organizations have let it slip away!

I found a beautiful gift for my son and daughter in law. This was my baby of all getting married at a private ceremony and I wanted to get them a little something that I knew they would appreciate and that it would not end up at the thrift shop.Lol

One of my wife's favorite places to go in our town if only cause it has alot of kitchen appliances. Got several things and she enjoyed looking around. Staff was nice.

My mother and I were waited on by Randy. She was looking for a bedskirt to fit her bed and it was not in stock. Randy took the extra time to go on line to find the item she needed and ordered it for her to be directly delivered to her home. He was so helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. Kudos to Randy!

Having a sale, plenty of employees to help. Most things at regular price, still able to walk out with 3 bags full.

Great layout and lots of items that we were looking for. We found some great deals and the staff was very helpful and friendly to us for our entire visit.

The store has a huge selection of items. Some stuff is really expensive, others are reasonably priced. I suggest signing up for text and email alerts to get a 20% one item coupon.
