Great experience at Import Auto! They are super friendly, kind, and thorough. They kept me updated throughout the process of working on my car so I knew exactly what was happening and how long it would take. Brad is very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to cars and business which makes trusting him with my car so very easy!

Brad’s service is like no other. They are becoming a family business here in Roswell. They patched a flat, replaced my spare, rotation and alignment, oil change and put air in all my other tires. They did all this same day and at a fraction of the cost what a dealership would charge. They also follow up after your car is returned to make sure their work withstands and there are no follow up issues. Great place! Good people

Brad and his staff are excellent. They do very honest work at a great and affordable price! I highly recommend their auto shop and will be bringing my car to them for all regular maintenance and repairs.

I paid for a prepurchase inspection here and it was a good experience. It was on the more expensive side, at $160, but that’s not bad and they’re very professional. I called at 8:30, was there by 9:15 and the car was ready at 10:10. They sent me the results by text.

Cannot say enough about Brad and his team. They diagnosed my vehicle to find the root cause, were very fair with their pricing on labor and parts, and completed the repair in a timely fashion. Very professional and communicative. If Google allowed six stars, they would get the extra one.

The staff at Import Auto Services is so kind & helpful. Brad is great at explaining things and follows up on services which is great! They changed my oil and replaced my gas cap super fast. I will definitely be going back, I highly recommend.

I have had problems with passing emissions tests for years.. I decided to give Import Auto a try and they identified the problem right away.. they showed me with pictures, gave me an estimate.. didn’t keep my car for weeks.. work was done the same day and also let me know what should I take care of next so I can budget while I drive.. I was at a dealership looking to buy a used Subaru and wanted to take it to a reputable mechanic to have the vehicle inspected before deciding to purchase. Brad got us in immediately and spent over an hour inspecting the vehicle top to bottom. His flexibility and thoroughness was so appreciated! Would highly recommend!

I initially went in for an oil change and Brad had informed me while doing an inspection that my tires were due to be replaced and he let me know that they now are able to service tires too. I asked him a few questions about the process and what tire he would suggest. And he gave me three options and said he could do it the same day. And he also shared that he has over 20 years in the tire business from previously running the family tire business and he would also be able to do a tire rotation for the lifetime of the tires. So I went ahead with his tire suggestion and I’m extremely satisfied with my decision and it was right in my price range and haven’t had a single issue. I would most definitely recommend if you’re due for getting new tires to get them from Import Auto since they have expert knowledge, great service and pre-established relationships with vendors for fair pricing.

Wanted to share my most recent experience with Import Auto Services. I’ve been using these guys for years and recently found out that they are now doing tires too. My wife’s tires were balding and no longer safe to drive so I needed them fast. I called Brad and not only was he able to get me the right tires but he did it so fast and squeezed me in last minute. These guys know their cars inside and out, and I’m glad that I’ve got a new place for tires now too.

Brad found "run-flat" tires for my car, when others said they were unavailable! He responded quickly, gave me a price, and the tires were ordered. The service, and follow-through was excellent!

Place is under new ownership, I followed Brad back from his days at Georgia Tire Depot. When you go here you know you are getting honest feedback at a fair price. They tell you what you need and tell you what you don’t need. Can do simple oil changes all the way to solving complex car issues. These guys are legit, and honest. 10/10 highly recommend.

Import Auto is fantastic! Brad has been extremely helpful for me as we bought a brand new car and he was able to run a Pre Purchase inspection and gave the car a clean bill of health (thankfully!) and also with repairing the A/C and transmission in an older Honda. They diagnosed the issues and were honest about the repairs (or lack thereof) rather than billing us for unneeded repairs. I will be coming back for all of my car repair needs!
