Publix Pharmacy at The Marketplace at Birmingham Village

Ok let's start with I work outside every day. So me and my guys go to lunch all the time. Usually try to find a Publix near by because they have the deli and you can choose from several things to eat. We usually catch the employee or employes in a bad mood so they take it out on the customer.. not always though. This time on Thursday around 1:30 we came to this location for lunch . Now I have been having a pretty bad week until I ordered a sandwich from the deli. A lady was making my sandwich and she was very nice and polite but the lady next to her was amazing. Her attitude was amazing her customer service was 100 % she was just so happy to be serving her customers that she made my day . What a beautiful person. She lifted my day with joy and happiness that everything I had been through that week didn't even matter. Her name was Rhonda. If any one from the management team reads these . I'm telling you this store should definitely be the example to all the other stores on how to treat a customer. Even all the employees were amazing. Then at check out Jill was also so helpful. Rhonda I want to thank you for making my day and I hope Publix recognizes your hard work and sees what I saw in you today. Wow what a beautiful person that's full of life .
