They have been excellent in helping my dog Bandit get the help he needed for a scratched cornea. Have have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We have been back for 2 check-ups since his initial visit he is getting better and today was told hos scratch is no longer there so has cleared up. Very happy and highly recommend this facility for your pets needs.

My daughter's budgie was sick and Dr. Cawley was the only avian veterinarian I could find somewhat close to me (a little over an hour). I called and was able to get in that same afternoon. Dr. Cawley and all the staff were absolutely amazing. My daughter did not want to be in the exam room bc she was upset and couldn't watch or listen to her sick bird. When Dr. Cawley finished the exam and treatment, he went out to the waiting room to tell my daughter what was going on, what to expect, etc.. The next day, he called to check on the bird's condition, to see if there was improvement, and to discuss a game plan for the next week. The office manager gave us a stack of information on proper budgie care, the vet tech was engaging and compassionate - the entire experience left me lamenting having ever taken a pet anywhere else!! I most definitely recommend Animal Hospital of Nesbit Ferry all.day.long!

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND THEY TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF ANY PETS! I RECENTLY MOVED 40 MINUTES AWAY, BUT I STILL DECIDE TO USE THIS VET BECAUSE OF THEIR GENUINE LOVE & CARE FOR MY DOGGIES!

Many places take care of four footed famly members...and the AHoNFC is no exception...i personally think everyone here holds higher standards over the rest of the world when it comes to our little friends needs/comfort/etc.

I absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary practice. Dr. Cawley, Gina, all of the other ladies and staff are a part of our family at this point. We first came with two Himalayan cats, brother and sister, needing long term renal care and Dr. Cawley, unlike many other vets that we had seen had a very warm, optimistic, logical and practical approach to treatment. Absolutely no gloom and doom like we had gotten from others, just factual compassion, no judgment, only educating us to leave the decisions in our hands. He’s actually the first vet that proposed medication. Others had said nothing could be done. For this, I’m sure their lives were extended. When our babies medication was no longer effective at their age and stage I couldn’t have gotten through their passing only six months apart of each other without the incredible people in this practice to humanely end their ordeal. My other cats have had their spays and my new boy is scheduled here too. Flawless surgeries, absolutely no complications, no issues with vaccinations and this is honestly the only vet where I haven’t thought twice about where my “kids” are during surgery. My new little girl actually purrs at this vet. I’ve never felt more comfortable putting my trust in a vet. Dr. Cawley has amazing experience and loves what he does. Thank you Dr. Cawley and staff! 💕

Doctor Cawley and his team are fabulous! They have saved my exotic animals every time they fell ill. Just recently, they saved my new classroom hamster that was sold to me sick. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. 10/10 recommend this clinic for any pet- they are extremely knowledgeable ❤

Great professional Dr. Great with my rabbits, thorough exam with you in the room. Very personable with great bedside manners. Treated my babies like they were his number one. If you have RABBITS.... HE IS THE MAN!! ❤

So happy with my service at this hospital. I took my baby bearded dragon here and he was barely alive. The doctor was honest and told me not to get my hopes up and be prepared if my pet didn’t make it because he was so sick and tiny. Doctor kept him for two days so I did not have to travel back and forward from over an hour away to get his care. During our time apart he called with updates and staff was okay with my constant calling to check on Sammy. He took very good care of my baby and educated me on how to properly care for him when he gets home. Sammy made it home and I am now nursing him to back health. I’m just happy he is still alive and hoping he makes a full recovery. Staff went above and beyond to assist me and was so kind and welcoming. So glad I chose this hospital compared to the ones near me just on the care and service of staff alone. 🦎🥰

I’ve never been to see a vet for a gecko before but it was great! I had no idea they needed to be seen for parasites. Dr. Cawley and the staff were great! They spent lots of time answering all my questions…(there were a lot of them)and they were very patient and kind. I definitely recommend the Animal hospital of Nesbit ferry.

Dr. Cawley and his team are great, caring and skilled. Took great care of my hedgehog when he was sick. I was also able to get appointments easily.

Dr. John is the best! His staff is caring and very efficient and helpful. Our dog developed Diabetes and they have been fantastic to her and us. Thanks much.

Our kitties and bunnies are well taken care of here. Not one complaint over the many years of service. We highly recommend them!

Where do I start?

This place is awesome. I’ve taken my pitbull terrier to this hospital for regular checkups, and visits whenever he wasn’t feeling well. They have always taken care of him well. My dog is quite anxious to began with, but they provide everything we need to calm him down.

They recently checked out my baby bunny and staff was amazing. They were very gentle and were so nice! My baby bunny flaca loves them and cannot wait to go back! By far the best in Georgia☺

Dr. Cawley is an amazing Vet! He really knows his animals and how to care for my exotics. I drive 2 hours to take my pets to him.

Dr. and Staff Excellent. Very Caring and compassionate. They always have good communication with pet owner.

Although there are long wait times (expected at an emergency vet clinic) the staff did a good job keeping us informed of what was going on with our pet and provided clear instruction on how to care for the pet after the procedure.

They treat my whimp of a German Shepherd with care and love despite how much of a pain he is to treat. And I get to talk Auburn with the Vet, which is just a win-win. Been going for years and wouldn't dream of anyone else.
