My wife and I have both had service done here and in both cases it was simply outstanding. Both of our cars have transitioned from new car service at the dealership to finding a local shop we can trust. I can honestly say that the level of service and the genuine care shown at this establishment is unprecedented compared to the dealership experience.

My wife had the oil changed on her car. They dropped her off, picked her up when the car was ready and it was done in the time promised. They inspected and recommended some additional items that were due per the mileage but didn’t push them hard.

My car needed new brakes and it’s a unique vehicle. I dropped it off and got a ride home - Jordan is super nice. I got a call around noon letting me know the pricing because it was higher than normal. It was consistent with previous brake work so I wasn’t shocked but I appreciated the call. I was told it would be done “by the end of the day” and it was ready at 3:00.

Honest-1 is a local business that does excellent work and supports the community. We all need to support businesses like this!!

for starters, I have a very rare 2010 hummer H3T truck. Parts are very difficult to find. Jordan and his team did an amazing job . Great communication throughout the entire process. Jordan was a total professional from start to finish. I feel like I now have a place that I can bring all of my different vehicles in for repairs.

Thee BEST service 10/10 every time! I have been having my cars serviced here for 9 years and they have always worked on my vehicles with integrity and are extremely helpful in making sure you understand exactly in depth what your problem is and what needs to be done! Approximately a half century of driving and this was THE top service meet. A to Z concern, beyond-friendly atmosphere, granular discussion of every sized issue. And PHOTOS of my problem areas, which to this non-car guy, a Godsend. (And yes, Jordan, we made it to Manhattan lol) Book now, people.

I inherited my grandfathers 92’ Dodge D150. I took it to Honest-1 and they got it running fantastic. I no longer get nervous about taking her on the road. These guys are great!!

The booking process worked flawlessly. Efficient drop off and shuttle (I never even sat down and was back to work quickly). The work needed was

From the moment I drove into Honest-1 Auto Care, I was met with professionalism and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at ease about the comprehensive mechanical inspection my car was about to undergo. My experience here was nothing short of exceptional.
The depth of the inspection was remarkable. They checked everything from the engine performance, fluid levels, and brake systems to the suspension and electrical components. It was reassuring to see them cover so much ground to ensure my vehicle's health.

The guys were great again working on my truck. As usual they gave me detailed info what needed to be repaired after performing an oil change. They could have done the oil change and sent me on my but they took the extra time and explained there are other issues. Explained the problems so everything could be repaired at the same time. Glad to be with Mechanics that truly care!!

I was greeted nicely when I entered for my appointment. They took my car and called me quickly with an update. I felt I was kept in the loop at all stages and enjoyed talking to the guys in the shop. Jordan was excellent.

I have a follow up appointment but so far so good.

Great Experience! This was my first visit to Honest auto care. I brought my old dog truck (2006 Ridgeline) in to have all fluids changed. Talked to Jordan who gave me an estimate that I checked vs Honda Dealer. Honest auto care beat it hands down. while they had the truck they did a complete inspection due to the age. It pointed out work that would need to be done with estimates and whether or not there were any urgent repairs needed. It is a great planning tool for me. Everyone that I met were courteous and helpful. I am happy to recommend Dennis and his crew at Honest Auto Care.

I went here to get a full auto inspection for my vehicle I had recently bought (I could have also had a pre-purchase inspection done). It took about 3 hours. The whole car was inspected and I was given a detailed report. The service was very professional and I felt comfortable and wasn't rushed. I would recommend this place. It was my fist time here.

Feeling frustrated with car repairs, I reached out to a friend, who recommended Honest-1 and specifically suggested asking for Conrad. From the initial phone call to driving away, Conrad and the team ensured a smooth, hassle-free experience. They documented every step with photos and provided suggestions without any pressure. I will definitely return and have already started recommending Honest-1 to my friends and family.

This shop was recommended to me by another trusted repair facility, which by itself is a great credential. I drive a Chevy Tahoe. Honest - 1 saw me quickly, listened to my issues carefully, and recommended a solid course of action. They performed a thorough evaluation of the car and got back to me the same day confirming the original diagnosis, and highlighting the overall mechanical health, where it's good and where it might need future attention. They were able to complete my repair earlier the next day than I expected and below their original estimate. Also gave me a ride home and back while they had my car. Couldn't be happier with the quality, timeliness and overall experience. Highly recommend.

I brought my Mustang to Honest-1 about three weeks ago on the referral of a neighbor of mine. I had spent 4 months and countless hundred dollar bills trying to fix my "engine light" issue. When I arrived Conrad suggested that I wait till "ROCKET" returns in two weeks and have him look at my car. I waited the two weeks and brought my Mustang to have the Rocket Man take a look.

Boy' was I happy I did. Rocket not only diagnosed my problem, but the shop also took care of getting the Mustang emissions tested for me when I was on a trip two states away.

I waited for a while to write this review. I have put nearly 400 miles on the car and it purrs like a kitten. No engine light!

I previously had taken my Mustang too another shop to have it diagnosed. They failed to find the problem and added to my misery and confusion.

I found Conrad to be very professional and he answered all my questions. Dennis the owner also got in on the job by driving the car to prepare for emissions test. They even took the time to put gas in the car.

Simply put....if you have any issues with your vehicle, take it to this shop. I am 100% confident that they will take great care of you and your car.

Awesome experience here!!! Both my boyfriend and I had service done on our cars and had nothing but positive things to say about them. Everyone we talked to (Chuck and Conrad in particular) at this place was so helpful! They not only informed us of what needed done but also why it needed done. I felt comfortable asking questions as I got clear answers! We just moved to this area and this will definitely be our new go to auto shop.

Chuck was amazing. Great customer service. I came in thinking I would have an expensive bill because I was told I needed a new alternator but they advised me that wasn’t the issue. They did my maintenance now my car is running as smooth as ever.

They performed a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I was considering buying. The inspection was very detailed and comprehensive. Jordan took the time to explain everything he inspected. He showed me the issues with the car and provided a written report and photos detailing what he discovered.

Long story short, they saved me from buying car with several hidden major problems. They saved me from buying a nightmare car.

Ive had such a great experience with these guys. I don’t normally write reviews but this place deserves one. I’m somewhat new to this area and needed my Jeep fixed fast. They really worked with me and kept me updated with their site that gives a detailed explanation with pictures of the issue and they would call anytime they knew updates. I’m a bit antsy when I don’t have a car but the updates helped knowing I was informed the entire time. Thank you guys for a trusted place I can rely on.
