Wish the Conyers Store was as nice as this one...in layout...clothes arrangement...neatness...so much better selection everywhere but the childrens...the only one that really has large selection of kids clothes is Athens which is my favorite store

MAC at the Belk on Jonesboro Road is awesome 👌. I 🛍 went shopping and bought jewelry and a wallet first, then went to the MAC counter.
I entered the MAC makeup counter, and Ambra, the MAC representative was AWESOME. She was patient 😌, kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the MAC products I purchased.
She helped me select several items at a very reasonable price.
Tommorow if you get a chance, please meet me at the MAC counter and Ambra will show you a wonderful line of products 😊 just like she did for me.

Very nice but limited supply of Lancome products. But I did get what I needed. I would recommend Belk. This was something I spotted and checked out.

I have enjoy shopping at Belk in McDonough,Ga. I have purchased jewelry in the jewelry department Ms. Jewel is always very pleasant and helpful . Thanks for always being there to assist in the jewelry department.

Greats deals around the entire store. Remember to add the app to your and scan barcodes to see if there are additional mark downs. Just show your scanned price to the cashier and they will adjust accordingly. I once got an $80 sweater for $6. Definitely work it.

The lady at the return desk was so helpful and nice. We got into line and just needed to check out with purchase. She pointed out the sign which read returns only. However because no one else was in line, she checked us out anyway. Plus I couldn't find the coupon on my phone and she used one she had. I wish I had gotten her name, but I didn't. She was so nice and Belks you need to know because of her I will definitely shop there again! She is an asset to your company. We shopped there on Sat Sept 12th, 2020!!. We bought 2 pairs of men's shorts and 2 t-shirts.

Miss Desiree at the cosmetics counter was extraordinarily professional and accommodating and went out of her way to make me feel valued as a customer. Her name tag said she was associate of the year and after working with her I can certainly understand why! Excellent service, will definitely return :)

Beautiful new and clean location. Employees are very attentive and helpful. We didn't even know Diana was watching us until she asked us if we were ready to check out. Would definitely shop here to avoid the hassle of a mall and the convenient ability to duck in and out quickly.

The staff helped me pick out the right gift for my brother. I met a young lady who had been with the company for almost 17 years and she epitomizes customer service! Awesome shopping experience.

Curbside pickup experience was fast, efficient and organized. from the time I checked in to receiving my items, it took all of 5 min. I will definitely be ordering from here again, Also, the associate was wearing a mask and gloves, made us feel even more confident.

Best customer service I have received in a while. The cashier was so helpful when my Belk card would not work. She called the credit card company and took care of everything for me to purchase my items!

Prices are good. Their sales for the holidays are very good. Their selection of men's clothing is better than most. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be shopping their more often.

I love the MAC at this place. The girls are always super friendly. I turned in some empty MAC bottles and forgot my gift cards in the bag. I called back two days later once I remembered and the ladies found my cards and held them for me. I have had my makeup done by a young lady I forget her name but she is a slim Caucasian woman in school for graphic design, she did an amazing job on my makeup!

Absolutely great place to shop!!! Willie Mae was the sales clerk who helped me while shopping. She saved me a total of $100.10!!! I spend $36.40 and saved that much because of a great employee who cared about her customers... I'll tell everybody I know that Belks is the place to shop because they care for there customers.

Went to get my favorite perfume (Allure). It has gone up $39.00 more than it was a couple of months ago. Just bought it any and will not tell the total cost.😅😅

I went in just before closing time and there was no worker in the ladies pocketbook Department so I went looking for someone. In customer service a lady said she would help me and we went over and she climbed on the shelving to get a pocketbook down from the top shelf for me. After that customer service I almost felt obligated to buy so I did. My wife is going to like her anniversary present a lot. I like Belk.

The store has posted on the door that you enter and shop at your own risk. They're not responsible for Covid-19 illness or deaths. The store seemed very clean as I saw cleaning going on while there. Every employee had on a mask and asked if they could assist me. The store was not crowded and I felt safe. I made the decision to enter looking for "one item only". So, I took the risk for a quick in and out situation. If you're actually going to be shopping for a period of time please wear gloves and mask as you remember the clearly posted risk on the entrance door. 😷🙏😉👍🏾

Sales associate was awesome, I mean awesome. Couldn't find a pair of 32x32 anywhere , the I spotted a Manikin with the color of pants i wanted. Most stores want sale the display. As this 4ft elderly lady grabbed the manikin like no other. Then of course I grabbed him by the waist as she begin to taken off. Thank you super sals associate from belks
