I started taking both my dogs to East Roswell Vet Hospital when Dr. Kim first opened. And now, I trust and appreciate the vets who have taken over the practice, Dr. Lane and Dr. Still. They are both very informative and are happy to answer any and all questions. It’s obvious they love what they do and they love all their furry and feathered clients as well. The staff is friendly and also very helpful. You and your pets will be happy when you choose East Roswell Vet Hospital.

This has been the best Vet office I've ever used before. All the staff has been friendly, and the doctors are great. I particularly liked Dr. Lane. He's very kind, personable, and happy to answer any questions you have. I recently had to put my elderly dog to sleep, and I couldn't even have imagine going through that process with any other doctor. The office staff even sent me a sympathy card in the mail the following week. That was very thoughtful. I have nothing bad to say about this office.

Dr. Lane is always very thorough and caring for my pet. The staff are warm and welcoming. I switched from another local vet and have been very happy and will continue to use this location as long as Dr. Lane is there.

We just changed vets and had a great first visit. Dr. Lane was thorough and answered all of our questions. My dog is usually very weary of new people, especially men, but he instantly liked Dr. Lane and the staff at East Roswell Vet Hospital.

Dr. Lane is awesome, and so is the rest of the staff! Always feel supported and informed. We've taken all of our pets there for at least 5 to 6 years. Rats, a leopard gecko, a cat, and dogs!

One of the best places I’ve been especially for exotics. They are fair priced and so super kind. I’ve been taking my turtle here whenever he doesn’t feel good and they have always been super helpful even when I have questions they email me right back and answer every last one. Thank you for taking great care of Franklin!

The entire staff was friendly and helpful while working with my dog. She needed a routine health check and we had not been to East Roswell since Dr. Kim retired. Sage loved Dr. Lane and so did we.He took time with us, answered ALL of our questions and overall seemed to care about my dog's well being. So thankful for vets that listen and care about our fur babies!

East Roswell Vet Hospital has taken great care of our bearded dragons. We had some that died before we were told about East Roswell and I believe they’d be alive if we had gone there first. From bearded dragon pedicures to diet suggestions to treatment for coccidia, they are top notch care for all species.

I was delighted with the place and the staff. 15 days ago I went with my puppy Kenia who was very dehydrated and did not want to eat because of the parasites. She was really bad and here they took very good care of her, the guy who speaks Spanish was very kind and he was very concerned about her. today is excellent.

Thanks for everything.

A friend of mine recommended me to go here, because she always receives the best care! The staff is friendly, everything is clean, and my Raichu feels very comfortable in their care, which is my main priority. I highly recommend you bring your furbaby here!

Friendly, reliable vet. We take our two cats and dog here. Transparent with pricing and payment plan options. Seemingly most services available in house.

I cannot praise Dr. Kim and her staff enough. My little boy, Oscar, had quite the medical scare a couple of months ago. Not only did they save his life, they were so incredibly wonderful throughout the whole ordeal. They kept me updated constantly and were always more than willing to set time aside for us to visit him. My buddy is now happy and healthy thanks to them. I very highly recommend coming here, they treat your pets as if they were their own!

Our dog Lulu was a regular patient at East Roswell Vet Hospital. She struggled with epilepsy her entire life--so vet visits were a frequent occurrence for us. Some months, we made the long trek from Druid Hills to Roswell five or six times to go in for lab work or pick up a prescription. For the person reading this review, considering whether Dr. Still and Dr. Lane are the right veterinarians for your pet, please take my recommendation. I sincerely believe, because of these two, our dog lived a longer, more quality life, and I will be forever grateful for their expert and compassionate care.

In January of 2023, Lulu had an episode of cluster seizures. She seized for almost an hour while we rushed to Roswell. When we finally arrived, Dr. Still was there waiting for us, immediately took Lulu and provided life-saving medicine. I am not being hyperbolic when I say, Dr. Still saved my dog's life that day.

Following this visit, we were convinced that our old dog was no longer there. She was weak, had trouble eating, and seemed to be in a perpetual state of anxiety. We made a follow-up visit, preparing for the end of Lulu's life. This is where I will have difficulty and probably be unable to adequately praise Dr. Still. Having a dog with epilepsy, I had resigned myself to feeling out of control. Lulu's seizures were violent and frightening like nothing else--even after the 50th episode, there is no comfort or experience that can prepare a person watching their animal thrash uncontrollably. Dr. Still, with such compassion and empathy, knew this, expertly explained Lulu's prognosis, and gave us a sense of control and hope, despite feeling sure that we would be saying good-bye that day.

I acknowledge the story isn't always a happy one. Not every person can afford the care we able to provide our dog. Not every prognosis is a hopeful one. But at no point did I ever feel pressured to make a decision that wasn't mine, or that I had to heroically break the bank, or was I made to feel that I was pursuing the wrong thing for Lulu. Dr. Still told us and made us believe that whatever our decision was, it was out of love and care for Lulu--and because of that we got back 7 long months of our same, happy-go-lucky beagle.

Unfortunately, we had to say good-bye to Lulu today. She had another cluster episode this weekend and it was very clear to us this time that it was time.

I want to thank Dr. Still, Dr. Lane, and the rest of the staff at East Roswell Vet Hospital for taking care of our baby. We will be eternally grateful for the time that we were given with Lulu and will never be able to adequately return that gift. Please take this story as reassurance to the pet owner carefully trying to determine whether or not this is the right place for their beloved friend. It was the right place for Lulu.

AVIAN EXPERTS!

My Quaker recently suffered a broken leg. The road from there has been painful and difficult. Today, we can breathe easy as she is on her way to recovery; this would not have been possible without the incredible team at ERVH!

I brought Quaker to ERVH for a second opinion after a horrific experience with a different Emergency Vet Hospital. On top of this other vet charging us >6x what ERVH did, the other vet did not sedate nor adequately manage my Quaker’s pain during casting, and even broke Quaker’s leg a second time. We were scheduled to return to this other vet a week later, but I was distraught and terrified that something was very wrong.

I brought Quaker to ERVH instead and Dr. Kim immediately identified the issues, recasted her properly, and worked with us to set up a treatment plan to save her leg. Quaker was prescribed proper pain meds for an avian orthopedic injury, she was seen in-office for every emergency visit in between, and the entire ERVH team kept in contact with us for status updates.

When Quaker was stabilized but casting was not enough, Dr. Kim and her team scheduled us for a specialized surgery to set her bone. During the surgery, Quaker stopped breathing and the ERVH team performed bird-CPR to resuscitate her! Dr. Kim kept me informed and checked in with me mid-surgery in light of the development, to get my informed consent on next steps. Ultimately, an amputation was the best course. Had Quaker been under the knife with any other team, I don’t know that someone else would have risked their lips to save my baby!

Hindsight is 20/20, and the regrets can be overwhelming. As her owner, I can’t shake the guilt of Quaker breaking her leg at all, plus taking her to the other vet that harmed her further and likely destroyed the chances of saving her leg. Despite my anxiety and incessant questions, the ERVH team was always patient with me, and more importantly, always attentive and gentle with Quaker. I can never thank them enough for their enduring dedication to their work for all animals, including my little feather baby.

There is no price I wouldn’t pay to ensure Quaker’s wellbeing; despite this, ERVH’s pricing for exams, x-rays, meds, and procedures were incredibly reasonable. In our 8-10 visits to ERVH for Quaker, I never observed another pet owner who was unhappy with the care provided. Everyone seems to love this place!

Dr. Kim and the ERVH team consistently provided prompt, informed, and compassionate care for my little Quaker EVERY SINGLE VISIT, scheduled or not. Quaker and I look forward to the remainder of her recovery at home, and will continue to sing ERVH’s praises wherever we go and to every Atlanta parront!

I can't speak highly enough of Rachel and Dr. Lane. They are incredibly talented caregivers who truly care for the health and well-being of their patients. Their diligence, clear communication, patience, and passion made me and my great dane Sherman feel at ease during a stressful time. We visited East Roswell Vet Hospital when Sherman badly injured his paws. Rachel and Dr. Lane went out of their way to provide excellent, timely care. It was a stressful time, but I felt at ease knowing that Sherman was in their care. There aren't enough words to say how much I recommend East Roswell Vey Hospital! THANK YOU for the love you showed my family.

When you have an exotic pet finding quality care is another level of anxiety. I can say without a doubt whether your pet has fur, feathers, or scales you couldn't ask for better than the lovely people at ERVH! And I'm not just saying that because I think my sweet snake has a fan club among the vet techs, but because he's always gotten incredible care with the kind of love and attention that my furry pets have always received. See y'all soon!

I am so happy I found this vet hospital for my rabbits. Yesterday we had an urgent issue, and they got us in so quickly and were very professional and friendly. We saw Dr. Still. She was wonderful, and made sure we understood everything, and treated our bunny Iggy with such amazing care. I highly recommend their services.
