Yeah I went in there for palm sander and I found it and it works great so there's a lot of things in there and they were giving away free tools to check out so go up in there and see I bet you buy more than one thing

I found the polishing crème stick I was looking for and then I found something I needed even more and hadn’t thought of. The employees know where everything is so if you just want to pop in and out you can but it’s a good place to browse. I buy things I don’t need yet but then I always find later I need it and then I have it.

Needed a gas can, and they had several. I've bought many items from them and Haven't had a problem yet so I will continue to shop with them.

Harbor Freight has a great selection of tools and supplies.
They also have great customer service!

Great store with alot of options. I have shopped here many times and had good support from the staff. The store is clean and the staff is nice. Returns are easy. There is plenty of parking and easy access for larger items. This is a store to shop at when you are looking for tools that you don't plan to use every day or specialty tools.

Man listen!!! I always have a very pleasant experience at Harbor Freight Valdosta!!! Mark the manager is very caring and fosters this environment from the top down. I can tell. Savanah and Kaitlyn, both cashiers - they are holding that front down. Making sure that everyone gets greeted, even if the register is poppin’. Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to the lady who I think was the manager today. She noticed a guy was making me uncomfortable so she offered to help me carry my stuff to my car. Then she stood at my door and waited until I started to pull out to make sure I was safe. She definitely deserves a raise!!! So glad there’s people like this in the world still.

Cashier, (lady) is kind and so informative. the prices are crazy cheap for what I feel top dollar products. I haven't been let down yet except one product that reads your battery and alternator that is plugged in the cigar lighter. But don't hold me to it because it could very well have been electrical in my car that messed it up. Either way. My favorite store.

I could probably spend a whole day in this place! Very courteous and helpful staff. Everything neatly organized and clean store.

I’d been needing a pole saw for a while but this inflation is killing us. Valdosta Harbor Freight sent me a coupon for a pole saw in a text message. I ran straight to Valdosta and got it. The sweet young lady that was stocking shelves was so helpful and knowledgeable and awesome and the sweet young lady at the register was just as awesome. Valdosta Harbor Freight offers old school customer service. They’re so awesome! The Portland electric pole saw that I bought is one of the best tools I’ve ever owned.

They have the best tools at the best prices, and the staff is always very helpful! It was pretty packed due to it being Christmas Eve, but the workers made the trip a pleasure. If you need to build up your tool arsenal, and I'd suggest everyone should, this is the best place to start! Merry Christmas everyone!

I usually don't have many good things to say about Harbor Freight but this store is the exception.
I love this stores size, layout and this is the 1st (FIRST) Harbor Freight I've ever been in that the employees were helpful and seemed to truly want to assist. They were above and beyond. Kudos to this store manager and his staff.
