Great selection! I’m glad the items I needed were there and I didn’t have to order them.

Academy is like a one stop shop for hobbies like fitness, hunting, fishing, sports, boating and so much more. Even grilling and camping. They have it all.

This place doesn't make you do coupon gymnastics; just reasonable prices every day. Their store brands are especially a good buy. They seem to be short-staffed though because I haven't seen staff in the dressing rooms in a long time, and they are a mess.

Jaimie, a team leader, at this store went above and beyond to help me today. She helped turn a horrible experience completely around. If every one could treat customers the way Jaimie treated me today, the world would be a better place. Thank you again Jaimie for all you did!

They were all really cool buying guns at A.S.O is different from. Buying a gun at a pawn shop make sure you have the card you paid with. You can't buy a gun for somebody else. And make sure all the information on your ID is up to date. But I had a great experience.

The curbside service was better than expected. The cashier was friendly and personable. I'm happy with the price and the overall service.

The outdoor section is good. The pricing is great. I went to buy a fishing rod at the store and found it online for a cheaper price. The store matched the online price. But the fishing tackle is terrible! I can never find what I'm looking for. It seems the tackle is all mixed up. Oh but the H2O is in order.? Mmmm.

Academy has a lot of items, items that you didn't know that you were looking for and the sales associates are very helpful. Prices are comparable to everyone else and you get to see your items in person.

Place was clean and organized plenty of things to choose from they even had wide fit sizes in sneakers and shoes

I really like coming here because the shoes are nice and so are the footballs⚽.

(and I was able to punch the dummy in the gym section of the store)

Me my nephew and boyfriend went to Academy to get them a gun cleaning kit. The man working in the guns area was terrific! I don't say that much, but he took time and listened and answered not like a typical person just working and not caring. Thanks

Love this store No more talk .I visited Academy sports and outdoors..Today Sunday. the cashier was very unfriendly , not professional at all . Time was 11:53 am. The next customers she said Good morning. I was disappointed 😔

Hubbie found a great deal on several pairs of athletic shoes. All I had to do was pick them up.

Great customer service! The young man on the service floor stopped what he was doing to assist my son with finding an item. During the checkout, the cashier made sure our items were accurately priced. There was an error and she immediately addressed it without hesitation. We were in and out quickly due to the quality of the service experienced from the moment we walked in until the time we left.

Although there was a mishap with an online order, Patrick, Robert, Shayna and the entire staff were very helpful in resolving the issue to my satisfaction.

Fully stocked post pandemic. Amazing shoe selection. Some good clothing sales. Helpful staff. Easy parking. Adjacent to other nice stores. No security worries anywhere.

You can always find a great deal there.

JOEL is THE BEST!!! He was sooooo informative and answered ALL my questions and covered extensively about purchasing guns and gun safety! He even recommended we go to the gun range to get a feel of weapons and gave me information on how to get a permit and so much more! Thanks Joel for going the extra Mile! He even went over new gun carrying laws! We will forever be Sports Acadamy Customers!
