I don’t know much about cars or car health so I am typically apprehensive of going to auto repair shops. However that is not my experience at meineke - they have made me feel so comfortable, they are always concise with their feedback and make it digestible with breakouts for costs of each repair item and they are all around good people. For about 10 days now, I've driven my car with the new breaks installed by Meineke on Roswell Road. Rommel and his team consistently offered a good customer care and attention throughout the process, resulting in a very positive experience.

Came by with a 2016 Sierra Denali. GMC dealers quoted me 2.5k more than this Meineke for the service I needed.

Came by, spoke to the owner and it was clear he was detailed and technical. I was impressed and felt comfortable having my vehicle serviced. Don't regret a thing!

Also, when explaining issues with your car, they don't talk down to you. They actually take the time to explain exactly what is going on. I really appreciated that.

These guys are the best, do good work, and have always taken good care of me. I started coming here about 10 years ago after I needed a second opinion. They could have made some easy money off of me, and I would have been none the wiser, but they were honest. Since then I have been a loyal customer and have never once been disappointed. Even though I moved 45 min away a few years ago I still refuse take my car anywhere else.
