Jim Ellis Toyota Auto Parts Store

I've used this parts store twice now, getting a wire harness for my Tacoma, and a replacement gas door. They've either had the part in stock, or been very communicative on when it will be in stock. The service was great, and refreshing for a dealership store.

They have every Toyota /Lexus part I have ever looked for and I have looked for some obscure and older stuff. Their service is amazing and Mr. Talentino should be given a medal for his efforts. No place better to keep and new, or in my case 21 year old, Toyota/Lexus running like brand new. Prices so good, no need to go aftermarket. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would.

I came in today to trade my 2019 corolla in on a rav4. I had a great experience with Harby Santos. He was very patient and informative. He was able to get me into a rav4 at a payment that I can afford. I would definitely recommend him to future customers.

I went to Jim Ellis Toyota today and as soon as I walked in, Gerald came up to me, greeted me, and asked me what my mission was. I told him I wanted one of three cars. He took me to all of those cars and said “tell me what you need me to do so you get your car today”. I sent him on a goose chase but he came through and now, I have my 2020 Camry SE. I have had “2” 84-month Toyota batteries in 6 years. They last 3 years, but the warranty on the 84 month battery is for only 24 mos. After that, it is prorated. However, I have to pay full price for this third battery because the second was a replacement for the first sorry battery. Full price “84-month” battery $179 or lifetime battery $250. Ridiculous. Service personnel are nice though.
I’m editing my review due to as I was paying, my salesperson gave me 10% off, so I only paid $230 for my lifetime battery.
