During move-in this year (9/8/22) our daughter had a package delivered by FedEx that afternoon. We were expecting a few day delay for it to be available for pickup. The mail crew at SCAD was amazing and the package was available the next morning. The mail room was packed with packages and the crew was very efficient in producing the items for the students.

I honestly think it is super efficient. It is only crowded where you have to wait right after class times, but any other post office there is a line too. It is efficient with two separate lines for packages and letter mail. And yes, the staff is SUPER nice and always have a smile even when it’s busy. Very efficient how they email you when you have a package. I recommend taking advantage of amazon lockers if you can because it will make it less busy and you can get your package anytime you want. It would help everything run more smoothly.
