McDonald's it's a good place to eat and bring your family at and people need to keep McDonald's parking lot clean and not throw or leave their trash on tables or under the tables that's why me and my husband order delivery cause the food is delicious and hot and the drinks be so good and cold and y'all keep up the good work McDonald's

The customer service was very good. They were efficient today. The fries were hot and my Quarter pounder was cooked well and tasted great. Great job McDonald's!

I went on a Sunday evening through drive-through and the ladies at both counters were SUPER NICE!
The food was alright, but an excellent service 😌😌

Best McDonalds in Savannah. Food has been always correct and everyone working here has been friendly. Been going here for 2 years now and I will go out of my way if I want some McDonald’s to come to this one. Great job guys.

Those poor underpaid people. There were only 4 people running the whole place I felt bad because a boomer was being a jerk about wait times. Mc Donald's needs to pay It's people more and staff better.

The 2 women taking our order were funny and sweet. Love how they have foot openers on all the doors, but the women's restroom was missing an opener. Also LOVE that they have paper towels and not just the air hand dryer. They do not sell bags of ice and I wanted to buy one. Not specific to this location, but I don't love the new drink cups. Drinks stay cold for about 15 minutes. Glad styrofoam is gone, but not an ideal replacement at all.

Fast service and my Granddaughter was pleased with her meal. Now she's enjoying her milk.

Came here to smiling faces. Made my experience more pleasant then the one I just visited. Everyone had great attitude. This was fast easy and convenient. Clean and restrooms were open and clean as well. I really appreciate this McDonald's for the make up of the one on Montgomery. And the food was delicious. I even got what I asked for and it was after I was told no more bagels. But the manager worked with me because of previous experience. I will definitely recommend this McDonald's to friends and family. Thanks for a great experience.

My niece said everything was good with her food and the service was nice

Exceptional Customer Service by an older gentleman. I visited the store on Montgomery Street and they failed to give me condiments; I figured I could just get some from this location. Nope! The store didn’t open for another 30 minutes. I noticed a man cleaning the parking lot, stopped and explained what happened and he gladly went inside and brought me the condiments I so needed. He was Very polite and well put together- I wish I’d asked his name!

Went through here today…was the best McDonald’s that I’ve been to in a while those ladies in the window were on point. I didn’t have to repeat myself. Food was fresh!! Good costumer service as well

Long story short - there was an issue with an order switch in drive through. Lady in front of me got mad and drove off fast, I get up to the window and the employees were so nice! No reason to get mad, they were awesome employees! Love this mcdonalds customer service.

McDonald's at the intersection of Chatham Parkway and Ogeechee Road is a convenient location because it is nearby and on my commute to work. I've always used the drive-thru, until this afternoon. I'm compelled to write about the staff because we all need to know that there are people in customer service/ fast food who go out of their way to help a customer who truly needed it. After a plumbing problem, I had to use a public restroom and I chose McDonald's because it looked clean inside and the handicap restroom stall is roomy. I recently had spinal surgery and I was using a walker. I was third in line to order food, then an employee walked up to me and asked me if I wanted to use the kiosk so I wouldn't have to stand in line. When I told her that I've never ordered that way, she said she would show me how, which she did, explaining each step. She also made my tea and cut a fresh lemon in it for me. Usually customers get their cup and get their drinks themselves, but she offered to do it for me. A male employee joined her and they both offered to help me to my car and he held the doors for me. Everybody I saw there were friendly and very helpful. Going forward, I think I might just go inside more and not the drive-thru every time. On another note, this location is very high-tech. They have some dining tables that are lighted up as different game boards such as checkerboard. The kiosk is impressive, but really I was impressed by and grateful for their clean restrooms.

We went through the drive-thru. The weather was beautiful. Savannah's southern hospitality was awesome 😁😁
