We have made this the only jewelry store we will buy from because of how amazing they are. They truly treat you like family

I was given my Daddy’s class ring after he passed and the coal miner had fallen off. I searched for a jeweler and was told Spaths was the place I should go, and they were fabulous. I was emotional taking it in and they were so kind and understanding. They assured me it was in good hands.
They repaired my ring a week earlier than expected and it was perfect!

A great staff who epitomize the words courtesy and professionalism. My recent experience involved a ring repair. Although a mishap occurred with the gem setting, they were quick to acknowledge the error and acted expediously to make it right. I appreciate the extra effort extended by Destiny and Sara to make me a happy customer. Previous transactions were all satisfactory and handled with courtesy and professionalism as noted above.

I went in to Spath Jewelers to have some links taken out of watch band and see about having my wife's wedding set fixed. All the staff were extremely helpful and nice. Sarah even helped find the perfect Christmas gift for my wife without her realizing it. Couldn't be happier with my experience

This place came highly recommended to me by two different friends and after going there I see why! Every single employee I came in contact with was so warm, knowledgeable and professional. Their store looks beautiful! They fixed 3 jewelry pieces for me and did a great job on that. They even cleaned my pieces, which was an unexpected bonus for me. They also bought a ring from me that I tried selling in 3 different places, but got a no or a run-around. Their service was great, the price they gave me very fair and the process very smooth on that transaction as well.

I am leaving a 5 star review for several reasons. Great selection and priced competitive, clean store, friendly and professional staff, and the warranty they provide is well worth it. Twice in this year my wife has hit her ring hard an a wall (no, she wasn’t angry at me lol), and Spath Jewelers has repaired both times in a reasonable amount of time.I would shop here again when the time is right.

I'm very pleased with not only the quality of products they have but the friendly, reliable and well versed staff. We bought engagement, wedding and here recently anniversary rings from here. You just can't help but keep coming back for jewelry needs. Sarah in particular is a pleasure to work with that remembers our taste and recommends great items. They also helped me avoid investing in gold by buying a chain and instead had coins!

Kelly helped me get everything setup to repair my necklace and even helped me look for a charm for it as well. The repair was completed a lot sooner than expected which was great! Everyone in there is very nice and welcoming! Great customer service!! Thanks Spath!

I have used Spath a few things, this last time I have to say Spath Jewelers went above and beyond. Though no one is perfect and we had a communication issue. They more than made it right. As much as I wanted to be mad, sometimes things are of out our control and Spath did everything they could. I will continue to go any use them for there services because they have the best customer service.

I had the most amazing experience with Sara! She took over 2 hours with me to show me all the Pandora charms I needed and different engagement ring options, some of which I thought I liked until we tried them on and I realized they weren’t for me. She explained everything, answered every single question I had, told me the pro’s and con’s for each ring and diamond. She truly is my new bestie and I cannot wait to bring in my boyfriend to show him the options. I am new to this area and was looking for a good family Jewelry store to change the clasps on a couple things. This is exactly what I was looking for! Stephanie W. waited on me. She is friendly, polite, answered my questions, and overall very knowledgeable. I also tried on a few rings. She didn’t try to “hard sell” or influence me. That’s kind of a big deal to me….I’ve been known to turn around and walk back out. I highly recommend her and Spath Jewelry!!

I have been going to Spath for all my fine jewelry needs since getting my finger sized for my engagement ring. My now-husband went there to choose the setting for my engagement ring, and Sara has been perfect every time. She helped in every aspect and every step of our journey. Helping with bridal jewelry (earrings and Pandora bangle) and our wedding bands. On our most recent visit, my husband and I were choosing a jacket to hug the other side of my engagement ring for an anniversary gift. Sara helped us look through so many options and made sure we knew that if it was a Spath jewelry item we could get a half jacket ordered and soldered to my engagement ring and wedding band. We picked it up yesterday, and it is stunning! Sara goes above and beyond, along with the entire Spath family, to meet their customers' expectations and to build a unique experience for everyone who walks through their doors. I will continue to be a loyal Spath customer for years to come.

We were helped by Destiny and she was absolutely amazing! Answered all our questions and helped me choose the right pieces of jewelry for my fiancé. The whole environment of Spath was nothing but kind and welcoming. Even put cartoons on for my two year old while I was looking at charms and bracelets.
