Good Vibes Smoke Shop 2

The guys that work here are plenty helpful. I needed to get my vape device replaced because I lost it, and went to the other location 5 minutes before closing time. The other store did not have it in stock and called this store to check if they had it, which they did. They kept the store open 5 minutes after closing time so I can make it there to purchase it. I appreciated that very very much.

I purchased this Shisha from this smoke shop today, March 22, 2020. When I opened the Shisha, it was dated 2014 and had an advertisement on the back of the tin for a cruise getaway that took place in 2015. Expiration date on the lid was 2018. This is not my first time purchasing Shisha here, but it's my first time noticing a date of manufacture.

I sent my girlfriend back on separate business (we bought a hookah and the clerk mistakenly left a key component out of the packaging, honest mistake). I told her to let the same clerk know what had happened with the shisha. I provided her with these pictures to show him, and he quickly gave my girlfriend another tin of Shisha. When my girlfriend got to her car, she opened it to check the date stamp... Same story, from 2014, expired in 2018. She decided to swap it for a different flavor that had a 2021 expiration date.

I'm certain the young man that sold this product to us is unaware that his boss is stocking the shelves with expired product, and perhaps his boss is even unaware that he is stocking his shelves with expired product -- both instances of the product in question were the same flavor, so chances are they were just sent a bad batch from their supplier.

In any case, the staff here is super friendly -- although we had to make two trips in one day for multiple issues, they sorted us out without question and didn't require us to return the original tobacco, which would have constituted a third trip. I would recommend shopping here, but be mindful of expiration dates on perishable items that you may be purchasing. Hopefully having pointed this out to the staff will help them catch issues like this before shelving their product in the future!

The place is conveniently located, clean and the staff was very helpful. They had what I needed and I was out the door and on my way in no time. I highly recommend.

My partner and I just moved to the area and found this gem. They have very broad and unique selections and 5star customer service! Gage and Zack greeted us at the door, were very attentive to what we needed and were very patient as we were deciding. Also, they were both funny and informative! You just don’t get all-around top notch customer service like this nowadays. Props to these guys for real. CHECK EM OUT! Good vibes is truly an understatement.

I had to make A quick stop and I always get nervous about going to vape shops because they always try to up sell . I get it a business needs money . But that wasn’t the case here . Zak greeted me and asked me what I was looking for and was spot on the entire time . Did exactly what I asked . Informative . Friendly . Best chill spot in town, been going for months now and never disappointed

The prices and selection really impressed me. I bought two glass pieces and they are of very nice quality. Jessica was really nice to talk to about the shop and the the pieces they carry. I felt like I was able to make a fully informed decision of what I was I was getting and in no way felt pressured to buy anything in particular.
I would and have suggested this shop to a friend.

I have been to my share of smoke shops, especially in the area, so I feel I can say that this one is a little more special than the others. It’s not because they have the lowest prices (though their prices are always very reasonable), nor is it because of the spread of really all-encompassing inventory that always keeps me looking around at the cases longer than I intended…

No, those things are already above and beyond my expectations, so what I truly love about this place is the staff. They are always the friendliest people and very helpful with questions and give me straightforward answers, but aren’t shy to give an opinion! I am a HUGE fan of this store and recommend it to anybody looking for a great smoke shop with great prices and selection run by great people! :)

The shop offers some things I haven't been able to find elsewhere (like the disposable vape devices), and overall has a good selection. First time I went the staff was helpful and welcoming, but the next time I went Jack was there and he went above and beyond in answering my boyfriend's and my questions and explaining the products to us. Will definitely be coming back.

The whole crew is very helpful, they have a reward point system to earn extra money and Larry the owner is a super cool professional fellow. They have a great selection for all smoking needs and top of the line products for competitive prices

Cool dude. Knowledgeable. Update, I have now been there twice to purchase Ooze Batteries, both of the times there were two different employees. Each time the employee took the time to inform me about not charging my pen from a cell phone charger through the wall outlet. And to charge it from a cable box, or laptop. ie. Something with a lower voltage. This last time I went to get the second battery they even had ooze promo bags with a Wall charger a dual USB ports that make sure it doesn't over charge the battery. Pretty happy. This is my go to shop from now on.

I came in today looking a specific item, which they make diff kinds. He told me the differences and explained to a “T”. Gage good looking out bro. I recommend this smoke shop. I love the way the place looks, so clean also.

Good Vibes Smoke Shop 2 is the ONLY smoke shop you need to shop at. So many products, excellent quality, and the staff is always knowledgeable and ready to share information. Any time I've heard of or seen a new smoking accessory, I just run on over to Good Vibes 2 and miraculously, it's there! Never disappointed.
