Baja Taco

Great tacos at good prices. The American style flour tacos were filling and loaded with cheese, cream cheese, lettuce and tomato, and the Mexican style corn tacos had lots of cilantro and onion. The meats in the tacos had lots of flavor. Had the asada, campechano, shrimp, and chicken tacos, and next time we'll be trying the waitress's suggestion of tongue.

I have been twice now with the same awesome experience both times. As the name is Baja Taco I have only tried the tacos but honestly that's all you would even ever need from this awesome restaurant. For just over $2 a taco you cannot beat the price except for maybe at Taco Bell. Plus, these tacos are the most authentic I have ever had but they even offer "American Style" if you choose not to enjoy tacos in their original form and their ladies working are very sweet and do their best to help understand what you are getting. Food is brought to the table if you are eating in as well. This is a taco stop about 2 hours from where I live and it is well worth the trip to get these tacos and I cannot recommend them more. You have to try these!

Rode the motorcycles a little over 2 hours after reading other reviews and believe me it was definitely well worth it. From looking past the outside you wouldn’t think it would be that good but the food was WAY better than good. Biggest burrito I have ever seen, the chips were made when we ordered them. The guacamole was also freshly made and so were the hard shell tacos. No alcohol which was ok as we were on the bikes but if you’re looking for a cold beer no luck.

This is a small outdoor restaurant that is worth the trip. Food is authentic and delicious! We ordered lengua, cabeza, y al pastor tacos plus a chimichanga meal to share. Everything tasted fresh and amazing. It was so good we had to order some to go to take home to our kids. They have Mexican and American drinks in coolers outside. Not a lot of drink options but the food is what we came for. We will definitely be back!

100% worth the stop on 17. Tacos are ridiculously good and incredibly cheap. Can’t remember the last time I’ve fed three people an actual meal for 30 bucks but I did it here. It looks a little sketchy from the road but that all disappears once you’re parked and the food starts coming. If you’re looking for a place that makes food just as your abuela would do it, this is your spot.

This place is so authentic you'd swear you were in Tijuana or just on the other side of the Rio Grande.... The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable, locals came in droves so I knew it was the right place to be, I got chicken tacos, that were literally made fresh every step of the way right down to cooking the chicken just for my order. Do yourself a favor and pop in. You won't be disappointed

I can't believe I haven't tried this place before. It was recommended by a friend who raved about the tacos. I ordered two chicken and two steak tacos for $1.50 a piece. Delicious and reasonable. I heard the tongue taco is also amazing and will try that next time as well as the ground beef taco. The staff are friendly too. I will return.

Driving through Crescent City, we saw an outdoors restaurant, Baja Taco, so we decided to stop. Best decision of the day!

We enjoyed a Carne Asada Picada a la Mexicana and four tacos (2 Al Pastor and 2 Carne Asada). Wow! Everything was so full of flavor. We absolutely loved it!

We also met the chef/owner, Lilia, who was a very friendly and welcoming lady. If you’re anywhere near Baja Taco, you must stop by.

Authentic Mexican food and very reasonable prices! Fast & friendly service and the food is amazing! The portions are large and delicious! My husband & I split a meal. It has outdoor patio seating. Located on US 17. Great stop on our bike!

Tried it today and the burrito was huge and delicious. Found the palace running for FedEx on crescent city and it was pretty damn good.

Literally the best Mexican food around. I have gone a handful of times and they are always slammed busy (which tells you all you need to know). The younger owner is so sweet. They are fast, thorough, and pleasant. A+++ go eat there now!

Nice little outdoor restaurant where they really seem to care about their products. Prices are very reasonable. My husband and I had dinner and 2 Jarritos for $20. Also, the best green sauce I've had in my life!
