Customer service at Aamco Savannah is unmatched. These guys (and ladies) went above and beyond to get my vehicle in and the transmission replaced. The ladies that work up front are amazing. They are all very friendly and keep you up to date with everything along the way. I cannot say enough good things about them. Will definitely continue to be a return customer from here on out.

I can’t say enough about this place, everything about them is absolutely awesome. I have been bringing vehicles to them for the last couple of years and they are very easy to work with, reliable, quick and cost efficient. The front desk customer service reps are always a joy to talk to. They are incredibly nice, articulate and ALWAYS keep you up to date and informed on your vehicle. They will generally accept parts from customers instead of ordering their own and they work with several warranty companies such as car shield. I will continue bringing my vehicles to this business and I will always recommend them to anyone.

Samantha delivered excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to explain information on my transmission ..and the ends and out on getting my 2018 Honda Accord serviced. Samantha ROCKS!!

I was on my first pulling a camper trip and I was having some trouble which I thought was the transmission. In the Nissan I could not even check the transmission fluid You're not allowed. So I pulled into aamco garage and asked them what they thought I should do they ran a diagnostic check and gave me advice on towing an RV. They did not charge me a dime. I thought it was a miracle a joke maybe. You don't get that kind of service for nothing I appreciate it

Outstanding customer service! From the moment we walked through the door we received friendly and efficient service. The cause of our stall out was quickly identified, resolved and we were back on our road trip in a surprisingly short amount of time. One week later we are still in good shape! Everybody that I met that works there was nice and understanding. Treated me with respect and listen to my concerns...got my car in and didn't mind me calling checking in on what was going on...they had my car up and running in two days... as long as I'm in savannah they will get my business.....they are honest and professional...

Onekie was awesome to work with. She was super helpful and very honest. I am making a long road trip, and she made it less stressful for me by reassuring me of any safety issues and advising me on things that could be done. I would definitely recommend them. I had a chance to talk with one of the owners when I had some questions about transmission repair. She was incredibly informative and knowledgeable (apparently the owners are a husband-wife team of army veterans who worked on vehicle maintenance when they served.) The next time I need car repair or service in the area, I'll definitely use this AAMCO!

The mechanic did a fantastic job they were in good communication throughout the whole time. They were very fair in their price and I can’t say enough about them. I will be seeing them for any car needs that I have.

Traveling from FL to NC, had an issue of overflow on my transmission fluid. Happened to be close to this place and pulled over. The owners were ready to help and took my truck in and had one of their mechanics take out some fluids plus had him do an engine diagnostic at no charge.
They had me on my way in the matter of minutes.

Great family owned shop. Onekie at the front desk did a wonderful job keeping me informed about everything going on with my vehicle. And she made the wait for repairs far more tolerable. Coffee and wifi helped too. Also the bathroom was very clean. Anyway, my AC works way better now. Thanks! I will definitely be back.
