The best New England Clam Soup ever! The croutons are made fresh and so delicious I took an extra bag home . Love the verity of hot teas . The atmosphere was quiet and calm, very nice. Excellent customer service with a smile. I will be back.

If we could rate higher than 5 star we would! Hands down the best bakery we have been to! We are huge foodies and have visited many bakeries, and have never found a business with such a passionate, hard working owner until we visited here. Not to mention, her items are all equally delicious. We have been to good bakeries, with good items, but it’s rare that everything you try blows you away! All of her items are homemade with quality ingredients and it shows. Her cakes, and other various items available to order are decorated to perfection. If you are looking for mouth watering, quality goods and great service, this is the place! Head on over and try-you will NOT be disappointed.

I’ve been here a few times now, usually for cookies and coffee which are always delicious. I finally got to try a breakfast sandwich (bacon/egg/cheese croissant) and it was just as amazing as the shortbread cookies they had today. Always a great variety of desserts and cookies and Shana is such a doll.

What a wonderful surprise to find this in our new town! We stopped in for coffee and a treat and were very impressed. The staff were very nice and very helpful We will be coming back to get some breakfast this Sunday! Thank you for making our day brighter in Bartow.

Just an absolute delight to shop here! My first visit was so wonderful I keep coming back. Sweets were so well received by my clients and the coffee was just what I needed. Love the atmosphere of a comfy boutique and the food has “extra personal touch” in presentation and flavor. Highly recommend!

Nice corner store for coffee, soups , sandwiches and cookies. Eat in or out. Plenty of choices and all home made. Great place to stop by.

Cookie Jar did an incredible job on the cake for my baby shower. Everyone was so impressed with the texture and flavor, and the colors were perfect! The ordering process was simple and stress-free. I will definitely order from this shop again. (It’s also a great place to stop for lunch!)

Both of the ladies, K and Shana, I worked with to order a four layer baby shower cake were extremely helpful. They pulled off a custom baby boy blue confetti cake with buttercream and the decor was absolutely adorable. We had plenty of cake for our party. Will definitely use them again. :)

I have no idea how I haven’t heard of this gem before. While waiting for my truck to get serviced i walked here for some coffee and breakfast and everything was so amazing! From how beautiful the shop is decorated, the delicious breakfast sandwich (i highly recommend the sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich), and the blueberry lavender tea, and to add on to that the staff was so sweet and helpful! Will definitely be coming back and bringing friends. Thank you thank you thank you for a great change in my morning!

The new summer salad is delicious! Grilled chicken, strawberries, feta, candied pecans with an amazing peach bourbon dressing. Customer service is first rate. They know their customers’ names and always make you feel welcome!

I recently bought some chabatt bread it was out of this world. You all must buy the bread any all of her items. The food and atmosphere is the best

Carla and I stopped here for something sweet. Such a cute place! We bought several different kinds of their cookies and they were all to die for. I got the Hawaiian cheesecake bar and Carla got the 7 Layer bar and they were both yummy! If you are in town you need to stop and pick up something sweet from this shop. The staff and the baker(I think the owner) were super nice! Thanks for the great treats!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Shana and her team are at The Cookie Jar! Shana reached out to me about what I was looking for and she was so kind, flexible, and up front. We set a day and time to meet and discuss what I was looking for for my daughter’s first birthday. Shana helped me come to a decision on flavors, design, and quantity and she even let me sample the cake and frosting flavors that day to make sure I loved it which was a wonderful touch! Payment was easy, pick up was easy! The day of pick up the ladies loaded everything securely into my trunk and let me say the cake was everything I wanted and more!!! All of our guests raved about the design and how delicious it was. The have a future customer for sure!!

Incredible cute little pastry shop the help there was very nice she was courteous and considerate And packaged my pastries very well so not to spill or get brushed will definitely be a return shopper

We had an even for the Polk Association for Women Lawyers at The Nest which is operated by the bake shop. The provided snacks were delicious and included savory scones with fresh whipped butter, a couple of varieties of quiche, drinks and fresh cookies. The space was clean, easy to use, and there was plenty of parking nearby. All in all an excellent experience. Thank you!

They made a beautiful charcuterie for my husband's birthday that was absolutely amazing. I could not have been happier with the service and the quality of the food. We will definitely be ordering more.

Shana took my ideas for my ghostbusters obsessed 7 year olds birthday cake and went above and beyond ! It was delicious, and so fun to plan it with her. Everyone LOVED the green slime she filled the inside of the cake with!! I love to shop local , and this is one of the main reasons why! Never disappointed when I order something from here!!

I joined their Wednesday Lunch Club and every one has been amazing!! Highly recommended!
