I had a misunderstanding about what I ordered and the seller was responsive and very helpful. Even though I couldn't get the item I wanted to order, I would use this seller again. Good customer service is everything in these days where technology replaces humans

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by their wonderful & helpful staff; immediately I was assisted in finding the albums I was looking for; Fleetwood Mac’s Rumors, Amy Winehouse’s Back to Black, Miles Davis’s Kind of Blue & Dre’s The Chronic. They were so knowledgeable & genuine I ended staying to talk about music for an extra 30 mins and even ended picking up a few staff suggestions.. This place has a great energy, amazing vibes, & a unprecedented love of music. I’d recommend any connoisseur or collector of the music that made us to check out this revolutionary store. 10/10
