We just had our roof replaced by R&K Roofing. We were very impressed with the quality of the work and the exceptional customer service they provided. The owner Ken Reed provided our quote and was flexible with our schedule to ensure we got the proper HOA approval. The workers arrived on time and were courteous and quiet. if it were't for the noise of removing and replacing shingles, I would not have known they were here. I especially appreciated that either Ken or the supervisor stopped by everyday to make sure everything was on track and see if I had any questions. If I wasn't home they left a note or sent a text. I would highly recommend R&K for your roofing needs.

We got several estimates and R&K roofing gave us the best estimate for the highest quality material Pinnacle Pristine Architectural shingles with lifetime warranty on the shingles and 15 years on the labor.
From the time we signed the contract to the roof was on in 2 weeks time. The workers did excellent worked and cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous and very professional. We highly recommend them and would use them again if he owned another house. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Contacted this company after getting a hearty recommendation from an engineer that recently had a new roof done by this company. We were in need of an inspection on our cement tile roof with follow up repairs. Their estimator, Tucker, promptly arrived and met with my husband.

From the first call to R&K till the completion of my roof they were fantastic!! Brandon the sales guy was phenomenal and deserves a raise he stayed in contact with me through the entire process. I did not go through insurance I paid for it myself so it was a huge thing for me and I could not be happier. Cleanup was great as well not one mail was found!! I highly recommend R&K Roofing and I hope Brandon gets a bonus he deserves it!!!

R&K is truly amazing. The process from the beginning was flawless! Our sales rep Austin was amazing in checking our roof and providing detailed options! The crew worked in tandem in the installation process. They did not waste any time in removing the old shingles, prepping the roof for new shingles, and systematically putting the shingles on. Kelly the production manager was professional and came by several times to make sure everything was running smoothly and answer any questions we might have had. I was so impressed with their work and extreme detailing in cleaning up the work areas... AWESOME! I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

R&K was absolutely a joy to work with, we had storm damage and they basically took care of the entire thing, I called my insurance company and after that they did all the leg work. Our representative that did our estimate is Brandon and he has been an absolute pleasure to do business with, always answered any questions and explained everything thoroughly. Very professional. The crew that installed the roof worked 12 hours everyday and completed it in 3 days. And the entire office staff was helpful and efficient. Can't say enough good about this company. Highly recommend!

When I read reviews like the one I am going to write for R&K Roofing I always think, "that must of come from a friend or family member". Recommended by my insurance co. and bank. City inspector said they were the most reputable roofer in Flagler County when I called to ask about a code. Crew was great. Roof looks really good. I wish all the contractors in Palm Coast operated like R&K.

We are very pleased with our new roof installation. Work was done in time frame we were given. Was a pleasure working with Mike and meeting the owner, Ken. Mike kept us up to date on everything and explained all of the products/quality being used. Hard and knowledgeable workers.... Would recommend this company ... after 7 years one of the end caps came out, found it while cleaning the gutters, we took it to RK and asked if they had some we could have to replace the one that fell out. They didn't use that type any longer but would check into it. A few days later got a call saying they had the new end caps and would be sending someone out to install the new ones. (all 4) No charge, part of their quality of service. Thank you ...

R&K roofing was fantastic to work with. My salesman Travis was responsive and great to work with, and the crew did a great job installing our roof. Would recommend them to anyone!

What can I say but this company is outstanding in every respect. My liaison was with Tucker Subers first class, nothing was too much trouble for Tucker. The whole experience was very positive and I have no hesitation in recommending this very professional and efficient company and Tucker in particular. The communication was first class and they dealt with everything, a hassle free experience.

I called R&K for a quote for something I thought I needed. Tucker showed up on time and was friendly, knowledgable, and patient with my gazillion questions. Ultimately, it turned out I didn't need the thing I'd gotten the quote for after all, but I'll definitely reach out to R&K again for future work.

We just bought a "new to us" home and it needed a new roof. We received 3 quotes and R&K basically came in the middle but we felt very confident after speaking with and meeting Jamie that the job would be done correctly. Our roof was not a small job but the crew had it completely done in less than a day and a half and they did a fantastic job!. I did have a few small issues to sort out- specifically gutter clean up after the fact but R&K support after the job was complete was great. They compensated us for the cleanup. We highly recommend them!

Travis McCaslsin is amazing to work with. He came over right away and did an inspection of my metal roof and did some needed maintenance on it to ensure stability. I had a corner of shingles blown off during Hurricane Ian and R&K Roofing fixed it quickly and extremely well. The patch was seamless, they responded quickly and professionally to my inquiry, and the job was scheduled and completed promptly. From the very beginning Brandon was very helpful, knowledgeable and handled our claim with professionalism. R & K was fast and efficient. Even with the rain delays our roof was replaced quickly. The crew was very respectful of our property and cleaned up daily. At the end of the job they made sure to do one final clean up, checking for nails. We hired R & K roofing to replace our roof. The initial process / communication was a little off however once they assigned David to our job then all was perfect. His communication and professionalism is outstanding. We also enjoyed speaking with Brandon who handled permitting information. The whole Experience was great.

The finished roof looks very nice. We did have some issues with nails left around the outside of house and called them. They came right out and used a magnet to collect all the nails. I would say that we would refer R & K roofing to family or friends. They did go above and beyond to get this job done and worked with our insurance company as well.
