I called the store to see which of their mowers would be the right one to use at our commercial property. Tim and John answered all of my questions. I was especially impressed when John went above and beyond by visiting the property in person on his own time before making his recommendation. Once a quote was provided for the selected machine, we spoke again on the phone to go over everything that was included in the quote. They have a good inventory, deliver machines quickly, and the machines are assembled, gassed up and ready to go!

Flagler power equipment and treated me very well and helped me out finding what I needed to start my long business. Tim, the salesman that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable and communicated with me on the deal. I recommend Flagler power to anybody who wants to start taking control of their yard or business.

I just cut my very difficult yard, big lot with a large drain field bordered by a ditch, with the Scag 21" that I purchased earlier today. Half the time and half the effort as my old residential Honda & the cut quality was amazing. I was on the fence about spending that kind of money for homeowner use but after the test drive cutting along the ditch in front of the store I was sold. 🙂

Great service and mechanic is expertly trained! Clean, bright, well managed place as well. Worked on my snapper self propelled mower.

This was my first visit to Flagler Power Equipment. I purchased a zero turn mower at a big box store, and it needs warranty work. FPE is my closest factory authorized service center, but a 40 minute drive.
GPS took me right to the building, but signage in the parking lot, and on Enterprise drive was lacking. (Signs on Route 1 are good, but my approach was not from that direction.)
Staff was available, attentive and super helpful even thought I arrived shortly before closing.
Store was clean and well lit, and had a good selection of equipment and accessories.
I haven't seen their work yet, but based on my experience so far, expect a professional result.

I love this place. Every time I need anything they are always ready to help. Today I came in with two flat tires on my daily mower. I was dreading having to leave it for service, but that wasn't the case at all. Tim jumped right in and fix it himself. Now to me that’s customer service. John’s place is very clean. They really thoroughly show customers how to use everything. Ive had many tools repaired. They have always done a very clean job and everything was returned in great condition. Even things I thought were beyond repair. Everyone there has been understanding and patient with me asking so many questions. They’re always happy to help long after you’ve made your purchase.

This place has been instrumental in helping me start my lawn business, and even more so keeping it going. Very helpful and always pleasant staff. Keep in mind that you don't need to be a landscaper to take advantage of the top of the line equipment they offer. I'd bet if the average homeowner made a personal purchase it would probably be the last time they'd need to buy that particular piece of equipment. They're an important part of my business, and I'm happy they are.

I brought a 36 Exmark walk behind that it was giving me problems turning and need it some work done .Because we had to order all I needed it took a little longer then expected but Boy it was worth every minute. FPE sells quality equipment. I have purchased both an Echo blower (4 years old and running great), and just bought an Echo trimmer.

Awesome as always they treat you with courtesy and respect they get you out and back to work in a reasonable amount of time been going there for 5 years now. would not consider going anywhere else I love the respect and courtesy they give me. And in my opinion they have the best equipment and parts and supplies for your equipment. Go into Power Equipment talk to them see what they have you won't be sorry.
