Mama Sally's Restaurant

2024-02-16: I have been to Mama Sally's Restaurant several times in the past and have always enjoyed the food. This morning, I had the Meat Lover's Omelet with cheese, hash browns, rye toast, One Biscuit & Gravy, and a sweet tea. The food was excellent. Kim was the waitress. She attentive and kept my drink filled.

It's a great small town restaurant. The food was awesome and scratch made, the portions huge and the service friendly. I take the family every time we are in the area.

I've been coming here since 2015 an I gotta saw. This is my favorite diner in the whole US. The staff is the living embodiment of southern hospitality. After trying the whole menu I now order the same thing. An they know me an my order by heart. This is defs the place to go for good food, good conversation and a good time. Portions are very nice for the price.

Stopped by for some lunch for the first time. Family had a BLT, a grilled ham and cheese, and I had a rueban. All were delicious. Service was absolutely fantastic. Really appreciated the attention from all the servers. I was thirsty from the morning of scalloping on the Gulf, and they never let my sweet tea run dry. We just relocated to Yankeetown, and we will most definitely return to try out the breakfast and dinner menus. The prices are really affordable as well. Thank you for the awesome experience and we will see you soon

On my way from Ft. Meyers to Panama City Beach, I was searching for something to eat once I was about halfway there. I didn't want fast food and ended up finding this little southern gem. 💎

I encourage people to try places like this. Often, it's more than the food that leaves a certain taste in your mouth after you visit one-off restaurants like this one. It seemed like it was a family run restaurant and I felt like I was at the table in my grandmother's kitchen. ... Even had the smell of it - a light clean smell with all the country cooking aromas on top. 🥓🍳

The women working were very sweet, and the service was perfect. The check came quickly, and water came with lemon as requested. When I order water with lemon, it comes out without lemon at least half of the time I dine out. So +2 on quick check and lemon. 🍋

I had a full breakfast: two biscuits and gravy, two over-easy eggs, bacon, grits, and hasbrowns. Every part of it was perfect and what you would expect. Straight out of grandma's kitchen!

Great little place with great food and service. $11.99 for 1/2 pound bacon cheeseburger, fries and coleslaw. $10.99 for spaghetti and meatballs. Full with leftovers. Definitely be back.

Great food and more than wonderful staff. They make you feel like home. Good selection on menu. Out of the way for most people, but worth the trip if you enjoy good food and small town friendliness. Cute staff a plus.

Me and my boyfriend ate here for the first time today. Well we got takeout anyhow so we could enjoy some good breakfast at home and so far we like the food. The restaurant upon walking in is quaint and homely. Just that mom and pops restaurant vibe, nothing to fancy. The people working were very nice. I called our order in and it was done on time. Food wasn't very expensive. When we got it home it looked great. They got the order right and it was well made. Pretty darn tasty. I will most definitely try them out again sometime. They do breakfast all day she said and they also serve lunch and dinner.

The food was amazing, affordable and exactly what we were looking for. There was an very extensive menu but we opted for the meatloaf dinner (added biscuits for the gravy) and open face turkey sandwich with mash potatoes and gravy. Everything was on point!! Omg, the sweet tea was to die for!! It was such a great place!! We will be back!!

Kimmie was an amazing server. As well as the rest. When anyone walked by with a coffee pot, you were offered more. Food was excellent. Prices were fabulous. Definitely would come back again

The waitress LET ME order 2 biscuits with gravy , 2 eggs and some grits. 🤣 That meal could have fed 3 of me. The wife and I ordered 2 meals. Left with a bag of left overs lol Great friendly service. Good food. Crazy low price. 30 bucks for 2 people to sit down and eat is near impossible to find these days especially with the amount of food you get and how delicious it was. 5 stars all day

We were looking for someplace near Tampa General Hospital which only 6 minutes away. What a pleasant surprise. Food was excellent and the service was great. We live in Inverness but will drive out there again for the quality of service and taste of the food!!

Always a delicious breakfast cooked up just right. Good coffee and service is excellent. Sit outside at picnic table with dog too.

This was an amazing place to stop in on our trip back from Alabama. The service is on point, they were able to accommodate for my Greek salad by adding gyro meat and sides of Tzatziki sauce. Very friendly make you feel like family.

Good food, good service, good prices, not crowded. What's not to like? I had breakfast, my wife had Greek lunch. Greek food is quite good. Even the salad is outstanding with home made ingredients. Breakfast great. Perhaps bacon could be thicker, that's personal preference. My coffee cup stayed full. Attentive. Order came out quickly. The biscuits and gravy as good as any in the area. We live in the north end of Crystal River. Very easy drive without the traffic. Small town, old school charm. We'll be back!

We went fishing for the day and didn't feel like cooking. And along comes Mama Sally's, which is my mother's name too. We got some awesome take out food and it was delicious. Nice place for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Beautiful decor with some areas for small groups. Friendly staff and Great food. Highly recommended if your nearby and hungry Mama Sally's got some great food and service. Enjoyed.
