Breakfast Station

I went on Memorial Day for breakfast and I expected a longer wait... Breakfast station did not disappoint! We were taken care of immediately. I got the French toast combo and some cold brew coffee and it was fantastic!

The Country Omelette, Stuffed French Toast, and Pineapple/White Chocolate grilled muffin - all absolutely amazing!! Very friendly staff, great food and fun atmosphere! You won't be disappointed!! So very good!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our breakfast. Staff was great and food was excellent. Serving size was very good for the price also. Highly recommend. We'll definitely return next time we are in the area.

While I’m back in Hernando, Florida for Thanksgiving, I wanted to make sure that I have the pineapple upside down pancakes one time before returning to New Jersey. So my parents and I went to enjoy the same thing on Wednesday, November 22, 2023. After being seated, Lynn, the server that we had in September 2023 and Alex, store owner remembered us because we only order the pineapple upside down pancakes with whipped cream and scrambled eggs. Well today, was no different. We had great service again. It felt good to be recognized and remembered. When I return, I’ll see you again!

Went to another location they didn’t come close to the service these lady’s and gentleman gave me at this place the food was excellent and the service was top tier I will be making this my only breakfast spot

The service here will make other breakfast restaurants service seem sub par, with an enormous selection of breakfast foods that come at a good price and in a huge quantity! The quality of food is out of this world, all eaten in one of the cleanest environments I have ever seen—everything is done perfectly, I truly wish I wasn’t a tourist here so this wouldn’t be my only time.

They food was very tasty, the service quick and attentive and the prices really okay. It was no problem at all to accomodate my husbands dietary needs (no eggs).
We had a lovely experience and would recommend 100%.

Found this place online while looking around for breakfast places while visiting Crystal River for the first time.

Food was good, atmosphere was nice, and staff were super friendly. Servers bus their own tables and help each other out. You pay for your meal up at the front. The train theme is nice but not too overloaded. Parking lot can be a little difficult to manage but not too bad.

The bacon was good, grits were food, eggs were okay, and pancakes & french toast were a little doughy but overall good.

We would definitely visit here again.

I am down visiting my mom and step dad. They have raved about the breakfast place. So, of course, we went. It was better than I expected. Their hamburgers are the best I have ever had. Biscuits and gravy are wonderful. The owner held the door for us. The waitresses were awesome. When I come back to visit I will definitely be eating there!

This is the best place for breakfast when visiting Three Sister Springs! The food here is delicious and every server is so happy and friendly! Our server Jessica was amazing and always made sure we had everything we needed. I had the garden griddle which was honestly one of my all time favorite breakfasts. We shared a warmed pineapple white chocolate muffin which was heavenly! We’ll be back!

Excellent atmosphere, food and service! The staff hustled and we all enjoyed our meals. The Corned Beef Hash was especially good.

One of the most pleasant dining experiences. The food was fantastic and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back. You need to try the cinnamon swirl pancakes. OMG great!

Very crowded and had to wait which is a sign the food was going to be good. And it was. Definitely worth the wait. Service was good. Prices decent. Try those cinnamon swirl pancakes!

Food was delicious. We are so happy we chose to eat here. The servers were great, our table was clean and welcoming. The restroom was clean as well.

Absolutely loved our visit here! Wanted to try the Grannies across the road but there was a wait and I’m glad there was! The food was fantastic and the service was top notch! Waitress was delightful and really helped us make the best choice for some splendid food selections. Highly recommend the pancakes! OMG.

Fun train-themed breakfast & lunch restaurant. Plenty of friendly greetings. Server was very friendly and just the right amount of attentive. A fried egg was forgotten and she quickly fixed it and owned the mistake (which is so refreshing - mistakes are no biggie, but people tend to make excuses). Portions were hefty, menu had good variety. I look for breakfast meat alternatives to pork (chicken, turkey, vege sausage/bacon) and they did not have any, but they do have chipped beef and steak. Food tasted great and didn't take long. Restrooms are clean and BOTH have a baby changing table, not just the womens', yay!

What we needed! A heaping serving of southern charm and hospitality! The place is clean, the staff are friendly, attentive, and personable. The food came quickly and was very delicious and the coffee was great!

In our first visit to Crystal River we found this place while we were looking for a breakfast place. What a great decision we made!!! The atmosphere is so welcoming, the menu has a lot of choices and the food is so delicious. But for us, the best part is the service. We were so lucky that in our first visit we had Trish as our waitress. She is out of this world!!! She is delightful and always ready to help you making the best choice for some food selections. Because of Trish since the first time we had been in that Breakfast Station several times and we definitely will be back any time we visit Citrus County. Please, don’t hesitate to have a great breakfast at Breakfast Station of Crystal River and don’t forget to ask for Trish!!!

The food was delicious! Service was a tad slow, but it was a packed house and the wait was worth it! I will definitely eat here again.
