We started working with Brad and team over 2 years ago and we are now celebrating our 1 year anniversary in our new home. The quality is top notch and so is the service and professionalism. We dealt directly with the owner and his team not just some salesperson. He was always just a text away whether it was Monday at 9am or Sunday at 8pm. Our home is exactly what we wanted and more. Brad does not build cookie cutter homes, we have a truly customized home to our needs and likes. We feel lucky to have worked with this team, and we feel we've made some life long relationships. We're still pretty new to the area and they continue to be there for us with advice, all we have to do is ask. We're so glad we chose Auburn Homes.

I have had the opportunity to work with this builder through several clients that did not want a home that looked like all others in their neighborhood. They had owned several homes in the past and new exactly what they wanted, & didn't want from past home buying experiences. My home buyers had specific needs for their home and the builder met with them directly and was always a phone call away. This kept every one at ease through the entire building process. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom builder in Flagler County.

Down to earth builder and staff. Truly works one on one directly with clients to provide excellent service. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a quality built home and have direct contact with builder.

Run as fast as you can before you even think about using Auburn to build your house. Just had one of the worst experiences. The owner, Brad, was extremely rude and condescending during our initial meeting. Seemed like he was quite full of himself. He talked in circles as to confuse the actual matters being discussed. His answers were incoherent and he seemed very dishonest. He also went to great lengths to disparage other local businesses which I found very unprofessional. I am very thankful that we discovered the type of person he is before we allowed him to build our dream home. You need a level of trust when embarking on the home building venture. We found it to be absent in our dealings with Brad.

They sign contracts and then try to scam for more
money once work is completed. Very poor business
ethics. They'll even go to the extent of seeking
attorneys on you to collect on their scam.

They were paid more money than what the work proposal was
for, and still tried to get greedy. Their loss for any future
referals from this one. They suck.

Our family had a horrible experience with this builder.
