Victory Car Wash

Mason is one hard working individual, the wash was down on 2-10-24 temporarily causing issues for a ton of other customers like myself. Even with the issue he apologized with a good smile on his face and when I saw the smile it made my day. For the inconvenience, he gave me a free Victory Car Wash air freshener with a QR code on the back of it offering a free wash. The wash was great and the air freshener smelt amazing, reminds me of a cherry dry erase marker which I enjoy a lot.

Yesterday, the Assistant Manager (Mason) whom was on duty served and assisted me with the best customer service with happy smiles even with the inconvenience of the wash temporarily being down. This is what I like about Victory Car Wash, even through the hard inconveniences, they still provide the best customer service in my opinion. Every time I come they strike to clean my car really well and I never have any issues with it. The full service package is a very notable addition to the carwash because many do not have it. I will definitely be back, especially with this Black Friday promotion he mentioned with 1.50$ signups for the first month.

I am highly impressed with the exceptional job done on cleaning my car today. After the beach it was such a mess and now it feels brand new again. Thank you specifically to Art for his attention to detail. His level of professionalism and commitment to providing a thorough service is truly commendable. Victory car wash is awesome! 4 of our cars have unlimited plans with them and each time we bring in our cars for service, their crew are always on top of things. Recently brought in our Suburban and Challenger for car wash full service, these 3 young men (Gio, Eli, and EJ) worked on our vehicles and took an extra level of care to ensure that no spots were missed! Well deserving young men for recognition! Job well done!

Had my nx300 lexus detail here, I have to say they did a spectacular job! Frank and Khalid which are the managers made sure everything was taken care off! I Highly recommend this carwash! 🙂

Be for I brought my car to victory I couldn’t see my reflection and after the detailer named nick did a 3 step on my car all the scratches and imperfections were totally gone I’m insanely happy with the results I give them 10/10 the pictures speak for it’s self not the best phone quality but thank u guys so much for being my 13 year old paint back to life

Will,Sky and Anthony did excellent job on my Nissan. This car wash never disappoints and it's far better than everything around here. My car was filthy and came out looking like brand new once they were done with it. Thank you guys and we will be back
