Fawlty Towers

If you like a peaceful tropical, old Florida feel, go here...This motel is totally under-rated..The rooms are good size and tastefully done. We had a beautiful armoire with a flat screen tv set inside. (you get more channels than most motels) Also matching writing table (desk) with mirror and matching head boards with 2 queen size beds. Real wood is so nice to see instead of particle board! There is a dining table as well. Bathroom has a walk in shower toilet and sink..How big do you need a bathroom to be?( As I saw a complaint it was small.) Both rooms are very clean. Looked like new tile in our room. Towels, hair dryer and coffee pot, mini fridge, new microwave. There is a really nice tropical pool area and pool you will love . The location is great as you can get to just about anything you want in minutes.What more do you need? We had a really nice stay and will go back again in fall for a week this time. Just returned from our 4TH vacation in Cocoa Beach, Fla.... stayed at Fawlty Towers. If you are looking for.. Nice family relaxed motel, with friendly staff (we love Felicia)..daily cleaning service, family pricing, super close to beach..variety of food choices and shopping within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.
I know it needs some updates and sime things i the room could be better but had fun regardless. The pool was not bad when we were there (June) and our room had no bugs or mold.😁😁

I stayed there last year with my dog. Called almost last minute because the condo I rented when I didnt have a dog was a no pet facility. They accommodated me & took great care of me. The room was perfect, the pool was gorgeous. It was nice & peaceful & I would stay there again in a heart beat. I would recommend this place to anyone. I would stay there again but my family is too large to stay in that hotel - we need a condo. Their rates were great. I stayed there a whole week & they were on top of everything. My linens & coffee were always full! Great place & great people.

The rooms are decent. A lot of stuff to do in the area. The pool and the pool area were very nice. The staff were all friendly and professional. It's really close to the beach. You won't need a car here there's plenty of bars and restaurants right in walking distance

I stay there every year. It's very clean and spacious. The staff is nice and it's walking distance to
a great beach. If you are nice they will open up the little tike bar for you. Get the corner room on the right side. It has a grill and picnic table. Float in the pool. I think they have the only real coconut tree in the area.

Great little hotel close to the beach and one of the next sports grills I have ever seen. Clean rooms, nice pool. Rates very reasonable and very friendly staff.

I had to leave a day early for an emergency. They have a no refund policy however they told me they would refund me if someone showed up unexpected needing a room. They did apparently because there was a refund posted.

I will be staying here again. Perfect weekend getaway location!

Nice and clean. Close walking distant to the beach, the Sandbar restaurant and bar, next door to Ron John's and Pizza Hut. There is a yogurt shop and a Mexican restaurant in front of the motel. I loved that we could bring our dog's with us for a reasonable fee. It has a beachy vibe, beautiful pool and lush gardens all around the pool area. The owners are very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfy, not fancy but nice. It's an older motel but we liked it very much. My husband, myself and our yorkie's will definitely go again! Next time we want our son, daughter in law and two grandsons to come along and get a room next to us. I think it's a great family place and I know the kids will live it!

My family and I have been coming to the Fawlty Towers for many years now but our last visit was definitely the best.

They're under new ownership and we had the pleasure of getting to know the new owners and staff within the week and a half we stayed there.

We love that when you come here it's a small, family style motel. It's not 'fancy' like most other places in town and that's what we like about it. We quickly made friends with most everyone that was staying in the hotel...preparing meals together, sharing drinks at the Tiki bar, listening to music, swimming in the pool, and making life long memories. It feels more like a family.

We can't wait to come back and see all the fantastic improvements with the awesome new owner. Thanks Shawn!

Had a wonderful experience at this Hotel. My family and I made reservations and stayed here prior to and after our Carnival Cruise. I love that our room was on the first floor with a semi private patio facing the pool. The room was clean and the owners and employees were very nice. There is a outside Tiki bar area, in the court yard next to pool that was not in service, but it was nice to sit and hang out in there out of the sun. The hotel was quiet and walking distance to everything, like the IHop, Ron Jon Surf shop, restaurants galore, including the beach! We told the owners we needed an extended check out time due to shuttle service picking us up to take us to Ship Port / Airport and they let us stay in our room for a couple of hours more past check out for a small fee of $10.00 on both days, even though they had guest coming in a few hours later. We did have to ask for additional towels as there were 5 of us, and they only provided 2 in the room, but they were on it and delivered them right away. We thought we left our cell phone charger the first night and when we asked them if they found one, they reached into a draw and said we have several that you may borrow, just return when done for future guest. Needless to say we did find our phone charger later in our suitcase, but in any case they were very accommodating to say the least. It's not a upscale Hotel say like the Radison, it was personal, a great price and a great experience, owners were down to earth, very nice and I would definitely stay there again as it was perfect for us.

If your looking for a laid back local feel in Cocoa Beach this is it! Been coming here for the past 15 yrs. Family owned and very friendly staff! Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. So if your not into large crowded pools this is the place! Rooms are very clean and beachy!

We love this place! It's quaint, charming and located right by the beach & shops. Not only is this best place to stay for the price- the staff is amazing!! Very accommodating and we can't wait to come back!

The staff was very cordial and attentive, always made sure to ask if we needed anything whenever they came by. The pool is nice and the grounds are very well kept up. It is less than a 10 minute walk from Cocoa Beach. It is very reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

My fiance and I stayed here with our son for one night after driving out to Cocoa and deciding to spend the night. It is definitely a no-nonsense hotel but it has a pool and there are mini fridges and microwaves in the rooms. There is a tikibar, but it was under construction while we were there. This place was totally cute and accommodating. We had an upstairs room with a balcony facing the beach which was right across the street. Ron Jon's surf shop is right next door and the Cocoa Beach surf company just another door down. 7-11 is within a 5 minute stroll. We plan on staying here again for a week after we move to Florida full-time!

Very comfy motel - right next to the beach, the staff couldn't be more helpful! The rooms are gorgeous and the motel decor is quirky and fun. We have stayed here many times and would highly recommend it.

Stayed with my husband here for 3 nights. Is not a luxury Hotel but it's a great place to stay. Wi fi worked great. Staff are friendly and attentive. I love the decoration and charm. Close to the best places in Cocoa Beach, everything is in walking distance. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I stayed there New Year's Eve. It was amazing. Very close to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Probably the most underrated hotel in Cocoa Beach. The pool area is beautiful and the rooms are not bad at all. Is so close to the beach you can hear the waves. The staff was kind and helpful.

Well, The Fawlty Towers Motel is very nice. It doesn't look like much from the outside but very clean . Very nice! Next door to RonJon and a quick walk to the beach. Great location. Nice pool. Reasonable!

Will definitely be staying here again. It was absolutely wonderful. Confusing to get to at first but once you find it, you find it for good. Right in the middle of everything, right next to the beach, super nice pool, great service - I literally have no complaints.

Super friendly staff, clean rooms and right in the heart of all the fun. The nice part? I still had some money to spend after paying for my room! We will definitely be back, often!!!!
