Motel 6 Cocoa Beach, FL

I had a wonderful experience here. They were swamped but did an amazing job trying to accommodate. Beds comfortable, room temp comfortable, grounds clean, staff friendly, pool clean, within walking distance from the beach and allot of stores. Quiet grounds. I will be coming back, I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Location was great, room was comfortable and Jackie at the front desk provided outstanding customer service everytime we went in with a question or concern. We will definitely stay here again.

I just would like to say that Heidys is God sent. We had some issues with some rooms we had reserved and she went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I want you to know it was greatly appreciated. The next time we’re cruising we will definitely reserve with you. Thanks again for the great hospitality and service that you provided.

We have an excellent experience. Everything is near the place. A mini gulf in front of the Motel for the kids and adults, life music everywhere, groceries, pharmacies, etc. Thanks to Yanelis the assistant manager for the information and the great service. She made everything easier for us at our stay at Cocoa Beach Motel 6.

Pets loved the new beds.
Was very disappointed that I reserved a room with a kitchenette and was told 4 hours before we arrived that they no longer have kitchenettes/ suites.
FYI... Not everyone can afford to eat out for every meal. The live in cleaning and maintenance staff seemed friendly even though they do not speak good English.

The rooms are huge. They were clean even passed my blue light! The veiw of the golf course was entertaining and cute
Seeing little kids all excited and happy playing golf which looked like a jungle. So cool. I slept so good it was quiet.

Thanks to Heidys for going above and beyond after our reservation was canceled. She did an amazing job. She is the best!!

Just wanted to share, the Assistant manager Yenelis had her hands full on 2-1-24. And despite a lobby full of people and fielding the phon calls alone, she held her composure very well.

If I could give more stars i would!!! The whole staff are simply amazing!!! Clean and spacious rooms.. The ladies at the front desk are simply wonderful! Miss Jackie and Miss Mary are some of the nicest people ever, always with a smile on their faces.. The amazing room attendances work very hard to ensure that the guests are comfortable. There was never any hesitation about this staff being very helpful. This place is very fortunate to have these people working for them.. this will be the place I stay when need one..

Great Motel 6! Good location, we checked in at 9pm with no issues for late night check in, quick and easy. The desk clerk was very, very nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and stocked with towels, which by the way were very soft-our last hotel visit(not at this franchise) the towels felt crispy-lol. Beds were comfy and my daughter even complimented how much she loved the pillows. Our stay was good and check out was a breeze-the morning ladies were just as nice and friendly. Thank you Motel 6 for a good night's stay at Cocoa Beach.

Heidys was very helpful and professional and we would highly encourage anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere to visit Motel 6 at Coco Beach...We give her 5 stars 🌟

It’s a Motel 6, what do you expect? Having said that, it was a great stay! We opted for a room with a microwave and mini fridge and the up charge was not very much from our original room - about $114/night total. Room 210 was clean and staff was very nice and accommodating. It’s a 5 min walk to the beach and walking distance from grocery stores, restaurants, and pharmacy. They also held our luggage for a good chunk out of the day since our flight back wasn’t until 9pm

From Mary in the Office at check-in, to Hector in Maintenance, the entire staff was awesome, and quite obviously an extremely cohesive unit! The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The location is absolutely perfect too! Public Beach access is one block from the motel, and Ron Jon Cocoa is just 2 blocks away. The on-site pool was very clean, and they even provide towels, conveniently pool-side! We will definitely be staying here again, on our next trip to Cocoa Beach! Loved it!!

Amazing staff from Karen head housekeeper making sure that we had everything that we needed. Mary and Jackie at the front desk. rooms were very spacious and clean hotel was close to the beach within walking distance pool was open all the time could not stay out of it. Prices were very competitive. Could not say more great things about the place would recommend it to anyone.

Great establishment, great location, Jackie Johnson at the front desk was the best she was kind, and very helpful and gave me great advice for my stay in the area.

Pool was clean and warm. An employee that lives on site was awesome help. She was very helpful and friendly. She had a dog and we were in room 113 she was near us. She's the reason we will be back.

I have zero complaints with this hotel. Spent three nights here. Room was clean, super close to the beach and Ron Jon. Food choices around aren’t bad either. The upkeep on this place is top notch, staff is constantly present. That makes you feel safe. Hector and the rest of the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The pool is clean, there is no lifeguard and it closes at 9:30pm. Most of the rooms have kitchenettes. The handicap accessible bathrooms are very nice in certain rooms. Coffee is available in the office from 6-10am. Will definitely stay here again if I find myself in Cocoa Beach.

By far the nicest Motel 6 I have ever stayed at! The room was clean, nice and spacious! And by very best part is you are steps away from the ocean and steps away to the pool !The staff are awesome and Jackie went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! You can't go wrong! It was peaceful and quiet as well! Thank you so much for everything! Can't wait to come back! I highly recommend this place! Great restaurants and shops in walking distance. And a few blocks from Ron Jon surf shop.
