My service was so exceptional today! I came in for a phone for my mom and got one for my grandson too. Jess was knowledgeable about how to make Christmas Day happy for both family members. I appreciate her customer service and pleasant personality.

We visited the stor on 2/27/21 to upgrade one phone after having experienced poor customer service at another store, and were taken such good care of from the beginning to the end of our visit. Emily greeted us, asked what we were interested in, and even suggested phones that were not on the fllor but in stock. She explained features of different phones, was patient as I aksed many questions, and we ended up upgrding two phones that day. She set up my new phone and showed so much knowledge when goin into the system settings to change settings for me to navigate easier. We bought a phone case and she even offered to put screen protectors on our phones whenever we buy them. She repeated the same steps for my husband. It was a pleasant experience workng with her and the other young lady Isabel, and I'd definitely go back. The owner of this location is very fortunate to have employees who go above and beyond for the customers and who obviously know their job and enjoy what they do.
