Steak 'n shake

Absolutely awesome bacon cheeseburger at a price that was hard to believe. Had no idea you could get all that good at such a cheap price. I highly recommend !!!

We used the kiosk to order and missed the personal service that Steak 'n shake used to provide.
Michael was grilling burgers, and we asked him to change our order to take out instead of dine in. He was very helpful and congenial. Another employee remade our shakes when they came out in glasses instead of to-go cups. She was also very nice and helpful.
We asked to see the manager so that we could give compliments to the employees but we were unable to talk with him because he was doing paperwork. It was very disappointing that human contact is so lacking now at Steak n' shake. The food is still great.

The food was very good the only thing,I don't know why I waited 20 minutes for my food and I don't know why it was sitting on the counter and nobody was there . customer arrived 10 minutes after me.

Why keep the HVAC on when it's 50* outside?
