An amazing glimpse into Old Florida. Very small motel with everything that you need. On the beach, walking distance to restaurants, and lots of onsite amenities.

Sure, it’s not the Ritz, but the Ritz has no charm. This place is loaded with charm and personal attention that is lacking these days in travel. Our room was clean and just what was needed.

Will definitely come back.

What a wonderful place to stay! The room was nice and clean. The price was perfect. Had a wonderful outdoor BBQ and eating area and entrance directly to the beach. Definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach. I know I'll be telling my family and friends about this hidden gem.

Nothing fancy, basic facilities, clean and in good condition. The location is amazing, picnic/dining area is great for family or just to sit and wait for the sunrise.

An awesome throw back motel to nostalgic independent beach town motels that used to dot every shoreline.
We were greeted by a grateful smiling face, rather than a sour corporate clock jockey. The room was exceptionally clean and super cute and cozie! We were here to watch the sunrise then leave and drive across our beautiful state to watch it set in the same day. The sunrise did not dissapoint! We will be back for another stay at this hidden gem!

Came for a launch and got so much more. Sea Aire is an adorable, clean and peaceful oceanfront location. The beach access is great plus many restaurants and shopping in walking distance. The outside area is well maintained. Good parking, lovely pavilion, great seating options including 2 swings. The room was nice, cool and clean. Thank you to Jackie for such a clean room! Tough job when on the beach! Nice touches like the wrapped toilet paper, dish soap and makeup wipes!
We will be back to this gem!

The place is excellent! We adore this area of the beach since we can easily stroll to restaurants, coffee shops, and little local shops. With five persons, "Gary's guesthouse" was comfortable and well-kept. It's undoubtedly a laid-back, historic location with nothing glitzy, but we think it suits us just fine! Both the front desk employees and the housekeeping crew were wonderful. We are eager to return!

The location is perfect! We love this part of the beach, we could walk everywhere- places to eat, get coffee, and to shop at the small local places. We stayed in “Gary’s guesthouse” with 5 people and it was cozy and clean! It is definitely a casual, older place with nothing fancy, but we find that perfect for us! The front office and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful! We cant wait to go back!

This place is what it is. If you are looking for a 3/4 star resort this isn’t it. This is a nostalgic place that are hard to find this day in age. I have been bringing my family here since 2015. I know what it is and I love everything about it. Do your homework before you book. Don’t complain after the fact. They do a nice job keeping the place up every year. If you are an old soul and enjoy the simple things in life this is the place for you!

Wonderful little hotel nestled quietly near the ocean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and bright. We will definitely be back!

It was so welcoming, beautiful, the staff was amazing kind attentive! I'm so happy I found this place! My family and I had an amazing 5 day stay! The beach was beautiful and so close its like having a beach for your backyard! I'd recommend this place to anyone I hope I have the chance to go back someday! Thank you to the staff for making us feel so welcome and making our stay so comfortable!

This has been the best experience ever at the beach ,very comfortable with the fill of home . Steven was very very helpful in every way possible ,as were all the staff .

Wonderful experience here! Definitely a hidden gem of cocoa beach! The owner is such a wonderful woman and house keeping was so nice and professional. The view of the sunset and the ocean from our room was exceptional and it was very clean and comfortable. Id stay in that room again any time over the best hotel in Florida. Thank you and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this hotel and an ocean view room to anyone visiting the area.

So we found this little place quite by accident and it was perfect. Our party was all native Floridians and it reminded me of how the hotels were when I was a kid. Friendly, helpful and most important clean. Walk out your door to the beach. Can’t wait to go back with friends.

Tempted to only give this place one star so nobody else will find it. This is the place your grandparents came to on their honeymoon in Florida.

Motel is on the beach with a big yard, swings, tables, and a gazebo overlooking the beach. Plan to spend some quality time just laying around outside. You can get to know the other inhabitants if you're sociable.

Rooms are clean and well maintained, decorated in beach-house chic. Cable TV works and WiFi is decent. But, it's not fancy and certainly not the place for someone expecting $$$ resort amenities.

Perfect location, right on the beach, this post card pretty motel is single story, retro cool in Florida style and colors. No pool but the ocean is just a few feet away. Thank you for making us feel welcome to your lovely place. We’ll return, for sure! Hold #8 for us!

Cute little motel right on the beach. Not fancy, but clean and in an excellent location. It was exactly what we were looking for and a great price at the same time. Would definitely stay here again. It has a small town feel in a busy area.

Right on the beach, great pavilion outdoor area to hang, play games, have lunch or grill up some dinner. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with basic kitchen necessities. Staff was so nice and price was reasonable. Perfect for large groups. Would definitely come back! 🌊

A great little place, you can see and hear the ocean from your sitting area out front. Employees and manager as friendly as can be. Green, grassy area for the kids to play right outside the rooms. The beach is just a short walk. Clean and gorgeous. The only thing negative I could say is the cleaning has room for improvement, bedspreads smell like they've been sprayed with an entire can of room freshener, fingerprints on microwave and fridge, and floor seemed to have a residue of whatever they clean with-a quick once over with clean water could take care of that. I'm the type of person who wipes everything down first anyway so most of that was not a problem for me and I would def stay here again and recommend it to my friends. It really is a great little gem and the fantastic rates make up for the cleaning. For that, I've decided to give them five stars.
