I have never had such a great experience working with a car dealer before. Out of this world customer service. He even held the car we wanted for us until we were able to get down and check it out and buy it. Super friendly, and smooth process! The Audi we purchased is immaculate as well. 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting to buy from a dealer but not wanting the hassle of a big place.

Bought a BMW from here less then 2weeks ago..Had a small issue with it 4 days later & instead of bringing it to a shop to get looked at, the owner asked me to bring it back to him & he fixed it for next to NOTHING!!! It was not his fault, nor did he know it would happen..Had I brought it to a shop I would have been charged triple & then some to get it taken care of..Super Nice Guy & very Genuine!! Next time I need a vehicle, I would not hesitate to go back & purchase another..My other half even asked him to keep an eye out on a particular car he wants, so he can purchase from him as well.. Definitely not the "USED CAR SALESMAN" everyone thinks of when wanting to purchase a car but scared! We will use him again in a Heartbeat!!!

Both salesman were open,honest, and direct with us about everything! Our car died on us and 2 days later they had us rolling out the lot with a very affordable nice Jetta. Nothing but love for the shop I’ll definitely recommend sovauto first to people every time.

I bought a Jeep from Sergey this week and am very happy with his no BS, straight forward, and honest approach. I did a Carfax inquiry and knew this car was a NY car earlier in its history. When I asked Sergey about rust, he told me it was a NY car even though I had not told him I had gotten the Carfax (Car has light rust unerneath, which he said upfront). He also disclosed everything that was wrong with the Jeep (all minor). People need to understand when you buy used car as is, it is up to you to check out the car.

I am a snowbird from Chicago where honest car dealerships are hard to find. I visit my parents place often in the city of Palm Coast, little town between Jacksonville and Daytona Beach. I needed a car to have down here so i dont waste my time and money on renting and i received a great deal on a Nissan Maxima. Great car selections and prices!
