I have to say this store is so professional and excellent Customer Service. The Gentleman I had was so helpful and wanted to make sure my card did not get damaged so we opened the box and he retaped it for me. This is not the only person , I have had nothing but good experience with the ladies as well.

**Please like & share our reviews.** Wheelchair accessible. This UPS stire is the most efficient one I have visited. We send out shipments about 3 times per week. We do prepay shipping which means, we have them scan our item, give us our receipt and we are out the door. We wish they had a line simply for prepaid business folks like us so we do not have to wait in the lines.
They usually have 2-3 clerks to help folks and so it is not too much of a wait however, there is that occassional customer who soaks up so much of the time to ship items.
All the staff are friendly and quick. They seem to really know how to process shipments and aid customers.
We highly recommend this place as a number 1 shipping location. We avoid USPS like the plague.

Ayla at The UPS Store helped me at the end of the day and was extremely professional. When I knew it was time to go home she helped me with many returns, and sending out a very important letter. Thank you again Ayla!

Good Morning UPS i would like to thank you for your beautiful staff in the town center of Palm Coast especially Clark Kent who Is compassionate concerned, caring young man and he has excellent customer service skills & qualities. When I go into the store, I ask for him nothing against the other staff it’s just something about his gentle spirit and how he handles things. Also I am a Superman&Tarzan fan for years growing up and at times I go to you-tube and watch it he looks like Clark Kent/ Superman 😂Enclosing thank for Great customer serves at The Palm Coast Fl Town Center. After going to the "0ther" local-owned UPS store near me who wouldn't do 2nd day ground there and back to me, I came to this UPS store. From the moment I walked in Joseph greeted me, listened to what I needed to do and made it happen in record time. He carefully showed me both the sent folder and the return folder to verify the addresses for me but did it all! He was GREAT AND SO HELPFUL..YOU CAN BE SURE I WILL BE BACK TO THIS STORE EVERYTIME!!

Look how the reviews have improved with the new ownership! A complete 180 here. Best thing that could have happened. I have a mail box there for my regulatory and accounts payable items to ensure those items are secure. I was not going to renew because it had been so poorly run until this amazing lady took over who clearly knows customer service and how to operate a business. The atmosphere no longer feels like you can cut the air with a knife. Everyone is friendly and helpful which is a true reflection on the new owner. Thank you for taking over. Our area needed this badly for the consumers and us small business owners.

Wow! What a difference new ownership makes! Previously I was made to feel like a burden, or an inconvenience when trying to do business here. Today, my experience was normal, friendly, and efficient. I love the new resale packaging options! There were 3 staff members devoted to the front desk. They printed documents directly from my thumb drive, as well as from emails that I sent directly to the store - from my - while at the counter. That reminds me! WiFi was functioning properly! Another major improvement. So happy I gave it a fifth chance. I could tell immediately something was different… the simple fact that I was acknowledged upon entering stood out to me — enough so that I asked them what was different. That’s when the new owner introduced herself, with a huge smile! I will be back often, now that I can expect great, reliable service. New ownership, new management, new staff, NEW experience! And now a new customer!
