Paying bill

i have bad health & recently had a gangreen of my toe,paid water ,& they turned it off to early !

Tazewell County PSA is #1 in my book , great employees.

Staff is so rude and very uneducated in their field of work. They can never give you the answers or assistance that you need and most of the questions you do ask they just look at you like they are completely clueless.

If they weren't the only water company for Tazewell County they sure wouldn't have any business.

I called to ask why my water wasn’t working and that my wife just had surgery and needed to take care of her and was told there was a water leak in my area and it was said in a very unfriendly way. I said thank you and that I appreciated her and she hung the phone up without another word. I called back and another lady answered and asked for the supervisor. Turns out the rude lady was the supervisor. I told her it was unacceptable to speak to people that way and that we pay for the water, we deserve answers without attitudes and she repeatedly said “Yes, the water issue will be fixed.” I told he that wasn’t my complaint and she said “I’ll handle the situation.” That went just like you’d imagine. Terrible leadership.

What we have to pay is ridiculous! I have never had a water bill this amount every month!!!

The girl who answered the phone is a liar. Caught Red-Handed when she handed me over to her supervisor who told me the truth. Was it so hard to tell me the reason for the mistake on the bill? Such an incompetent employee for a company that keeps raising the cost of water and sewer!

The price per 1000 gallons is higher than 95 percent of the country thats pathetic. The average cost is $1.50/ 1000 gallons this company charges $9.91/ 1000 gallons

Just constantly overcharging and adding on fee's. Not worth it. There needs to be some sort of governmental oversight. It seems like someone is trying to line there pockets.

No number to call and report a water outage. They give you a telemarketer number to call to report an outage.
