Extremely Helpful and knowledgeable staff willing to assist at a moments notice. The facility itself is immaculate and very well maintained and operated. It's very encouraging to see a State Office on the local level operate so efficiently and professionally. Wish other Departments in the State could operate on the level of pride and professionalism found here at TCSS.

Alisa Mitchell is the most professional, caring, devoted, & special, social worker we've ever met. She takes time to know her clients even though she is a mother herself. She gives you hope that tomorrow may be brighter. We need more people like her.🌈

I just want to say, Betty Talbert, with the SNAP-ET program is just great. She is so caring and if you call, she will answer the phone and talk to you like she knows you are a human. I have to add, I have really had great people helping me over the past years, trying to get my degree finished up. Thank you so much. Amanda McGraw, also. She really spent time with me and tried to help any way she could
