Everything was great from the start! I picked up a 16 footer from New Jersey to Florida. Everything was very simple! Checked the truck in with no problem whatsoever! Great staff 👍

Rented a 16-foot truck, and while driving it to my house, it was pulling the steering all the way to the right. Called them, and they told me all Penski trucks do this to prevent people from crossing the dividing line on highways. Well, they lied to me. I had a conversation with other Penski dealers, and they said this was ridiculous! Don't waste your time or money with these defective trucks supplied here.
