Publix Pharmacy at Metro West Village

We only use the Publix Pharmacy in the Metrowest area. They are quick to put orders in and get them filled. I go in often to pick up my husband's medicines up without any problems and if I have any questions regarding them, the pharmacist gives me straight honest answers. As long as we live in the area we will only use Publix Pharmacy!!

Pharmacy techs and pharmacists are very helpful and accommodating.

How's the doctor's office bus stop welcoming people very helpful

So they advertise online, and have a big old sign right next to the pharmacy at the store saying that they are “more than welcome” taking walk ins for COVID shots. So I go get mine and the pharmacist tells me that they are by appointment ONLY. So which one is it? Either they’re misleading the public or she’s lying.

Love their publix sub! I don't like the online pickup at this publix. About 6 out of every 10 online orders will be correct. I like the online ordering because number 1 if they offer it then obviously they trust their employees to get it right and 2 when I take my short lunch break I expect my online order to be exact. Get it together Metrowest publix or don't offer online ordering. I won't be ordering from here anymore.

Waited in line and was ignored when I asked for a sub as well as a tender dinner. Not happy but I waited patiently!

The pharmacist Morocco decided to yell at my wife through the phone in a rude manner when she was just asking about a refill on medication for one of our children. Ofc as an angry dad I decided to call the pharmacy angrily, he then claimed that I harassed him when I simply wanted to ask if he spoke to his wife and children like that? If so. That’s a horrible human being to have as a pharmacist. Especially being a Publix pharmacist you would think they’d hold themselves to a higher standard (me being a Publix employee once) . It Just shows the low dignity that man in his profession to have yelled at a random woman through the phone over medication.aka HIS JOB.
