Publix Super Market at Metro West Village

This store has one of the best managers!! by the way @publix if he's not a manager yet, I really don't know what are you waiting for to promote him. His name is Sam, a gentleman with a great customer service and always really caring about his customers!

This Publix has been around for quite a while and is still in really good condition. It’s very clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a large variety of products to choose from. They also have a florist and pharmacy which is very handy. Deli in the back if you want to grab lunch you can order from the App and pick up so you don’t have to wait. Restrooms are always clean as well.

Great store affordable great variety . Plenty parking lot . Restrooms Clean, that's a very important part if you have to party while shopping makes a big difference. Highly recommend this Place💙😘Thank you for checking my reviews xoxo beautiful Humans Beings

This was my first time visiting a Publix as I am not from Florida. I went in for baby food on Christmas Eve. I love that they stayed open until 7 p.m. to allow customers to get last-minute items before they close for the holiday. For it to be Christmas rush and at the end of the shift the store was immaculately clean and organized. The associate who was my cashier was friendly, and so was my bagger. Also, it was only 5 minutes from where we were staying; seriously convenient. Great experience! It's almost as good as Texas' own HEB. Almost 😜 lol. I'll definitely visit again when I'm in Florida.

This store has a hidden gem & her name is Evelyn. She is the rockstar balloon specialist in the floral department with over 20 years of experience & it sure shows!! I specifically come to this Publix for her services. She goes above and beyond for her customers by asking certain questions like, if the arrangement is going on the floor or a desk so she'll know the appropriate string length, she also puts a solution inside the plain balloons that helps them last longer before inflating them and she ties the whole arrangement up so nicely so they don't get all tangled in the car. I also enjoy her friendly conversation while she's creating her work of art. Publix is definitely lucky to have her!!!

As I find consistently, staff is Super helpful and friendly... it's the 'Publix way', and this visit followed suit!

Got a COVID booster (spur of the moment), a young man stocking meat stopped what he was doing to walk me to a different area and (to help me locate a vegan sausage), and my Cashier "Evie" was super Friendly (as always).

Garcey at the deli was amazing. It was my first time there and he walked me through every step. So great to see a smiling face.

It's a nice Publix with good variety, but it is also a calm and peaceful store, so I enjoy shopping there. It is very clean, and the employee team is always friendly!

We really like this Metrowest Publix unit. We found everything we need for the day to day of the house. The service is friendly and we always find fresh fruits and vegetables. The bakery is very complete and has good sushi. There are still restaurants, cafes and other shops in the surroundings.

This is hands down one of the best Publix stores in Orlando. Staff is amazing and always helpful. Shelves are usually well stocked (except high demand "pandemic" items). If its's not on the shelf, a team member will check their back inventory for it. Parking can he a pain sometimes, but it's a busy plaza.

What a cavernous old store. I can't wait for it to be torn down and rebuilt later this year! It will be fabulous!

This is to the manager or GM if you start noticing that a certain department has bad customer services you must do something about it ,because as an employee you don't represent your self you are part of Publix Family if you feel other wise you should to one of the best retailers in Florida and around it,keep it clean from those.............................................................................always clean,smiling faces.......helpful.......customer oriented.........to me no better than that, that's been said some employees must follow the rules not follow the customers at the same time that's not Publix policy..........so the shoplifters out smart these employees........and partially could the employees across the board in the industry being involved....... ......in 2023 almost is over......CEO of home depot & Walmart accuses the customers of loses then turn around shut 26 stores of walmart ........why you have cameras & security I don't think that Publix reaching that level .......even through there is some loses,but there is items you making of it could reach 500%........I hate to see your employees to this level or drop the thinking of your customers to that level because we choose the best .................

Great public they always have done good deals. The basket always has some fresh bread. Katsina the kiffe in the back as good fresh food.

They make the best pub subs in Orlando, I think I'm going to get me one in a minute.

Nolan the bakery manager is awesome. So polite and helpful. I was planning a shower from out of state and he took my orders and delivered the orders to the venue. I was really pleased at the presentation and the taste of the cakes as well a the wonderful customer service. Thank you so much !!!
