They are adding more money to our bills each month something called pca and they charge it because they think our bill isn't what it should be that's insane. I've never heard of a company doing that and I called and they said it will continue to be like that until the higher ups of the town decides not to anymore so we are paying extra money for nothing I just don't see how this is legal!! The bills are ridiculously high now and they add a extra 10 to it for themselves because they are a independent company and they can and there's nothing we can do about it i want to move away just to get out of the area of town of richlands utilities
