Talk about treating folks right, Bill does it right. Everyone knows you pay a little extra for things on credit, RAC is no different in that regard; However, if you stay in touch and make solid effort to pay off what you get RAC will work with you if you happen to be late on a payment. They understand that sometimes things happen beyond your control. You still gotta pay but they want you to own what you get and in my case have treated us with respect and kindness. We will continue to do business here because of the relationship we have with the folks who work here. Thanks Bill, and the whole team at RAC in Richlands, you rock!

I love my RAC store have for many years. I have an amazing friend Bobby Davis who always helps me with anything I need. Stores like this help people who don’t have the extra cash laying around to get furniture and anything needed. Always great quality and pricing. The deals are amazing especially during Black Friday how can you pass it up.

Honestly the manager and her assistant were the best!! After days of trying to find furniture they made it super easy and even had what I wanted from a different store. They both made me laugh and just made the experience great!! I will be back!!

Bobby Davis is one of the best employees RAC has to offer. He goes above and beyond for his customers, helps them, makes sure they get what they want and need. I've been a loyal customer to this specific location bc of him and his kindness.

Been great no hassle or problem. I have been late a few times I am monthly and would be late a week or so because of different payday dates but had no trouble . Really a great experience will purchase again from there .

I just placed an order at 7 this morning and had it by 2PM. The computer I got wouldn't connect to internet and I called then back and they are coming back to my home after hours to fix my issues. Kristy Stump is absolutely amazing. This lady definitely deserves a raise. Very kind and professional. I highly recommend renting from this location.
