Unpleasant Service and Coffee Misstep at Dunkin' Donuts

My recent visit to this Dunkin' Donuts was notably subpar. The issue began with my order - an iced coffee with cold foam, which was mistakenly topped with whipped cream. Knowing the difference well, I attempted to address this at the window, asking if I could pull around to discuss my order. Surprisingly, the response from the staff member was a flat "No ma'am, you cannot do that." This was not only unusual but also came across as rude, setting a negative tone for the entire experience.

Such an interaction, combined with the lack of understanding about coffee specifics like cold foam, significantly dampened my visit. It's crucial for food establishments to not only serve what's requested but also to handle customer concerns with courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this Dunkin' Donuts location fell short on both counts. For coffee lovers who value both the quality of their drink and the service experience, I'd recommend caution with this specific location.

I go to this Dunkin about twice a week. I always do mobile orders to pick up inside, as I'm usually grabbing a coffee or chai latte on my way to work. The drive thru line can be busy most mornings, so picking up a mobile order inside is the way to go!
Every so often I'll have a drink that was made wrong, though I've only ever had it happen when I can see they're particularly busy. The manager, Gary, is always a dear and gets corrections made for me whenever they're needed.

Anytime I have had a drink that was wrong, it's usually a frozen chocolate or a hot chai that are made as coffee instead. The only time it's really inconvenient is with the frozen chocolate, as I always order them for my sister, who is allergic to coffee.

The employees have never been rude or kicked up a fuss about correcting an order for me, and I love being able to slip in, grab my drink and go.

Staff friendly and helpful, we ate outside and saw we had our woofers and asked if we needed water and brought are dogs milk bones treats

This location has its ups and downs but I really enjoye going whenever I see Ashley there, she normally Mans the drive-through, and is a very friendly personality, and always brings a little joy to my day.

They moving up with the self order kiosk. To bad both machines wasn't working. Which is fine to me cuz telling a human my order is more my wheel house.

This is a great Dunkin’ Donuts! I walk here almost everyday. The staff is friendly, and it’s very well managed. The iced latte is my ❤ favorite.

This is our regular go to Dunkin'. Quick, friendly service. Easy to order ahead in the APP and accumulate points for free items.

I like this DD best in Palm Coast. Service 💯

Always quick and great service. And I 🏃‍♂ on a lot of Dunkin. Only once in many year's of service they mixed up my ground coffee order with whole beans. In fact both Palm Coast locations have always been great for me. Those who complain probably don't tip and will regret the day when cashier's are replaced by robot's. Enjoy the human interaction while it still exists.

We stopped here on a trip.
They were friendly and helpful. There was a mistake on the drink and the girl who brought it out was kind and friendly and said she’d remake it and wasn’t upset at all. She was smiling and polite

I got my usual - bacon & egg on a toasted bagel. Long drive-through so I walked in. Fast service and all was great.

Everything's always good correct and how you order it I just think they need a bigger Dunkin' Donuts because at this particular location it has a lot of customers especially in the morning time and there's a lot of customers but you really wouldn't know it if you just didn't see the line because they move the customers really well it's not a long wait time with them they're very fast and they're accurate

What can I say, they just have the best Donuts around. And I love their coffee. Great staff as well

This location rocked it this morning, 1 day post Ian. Lots of fresh donuts, coffee and a full crew busting their behinds for the huge crowds because most of us are without power. You guys deserve a shout out!!
