Even during this busy time of year, it is a pleasure to shop at Office Depot in Viera. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The store offers a wide variety of products and services, and team members know exactly where to find things and are eager to help. The photo and print department are experts in what they do. I even mailed out all my Christmas packages there! So much easier than the post office.

Ryan was awesome helping us with new office furniture. We enjoyed working with him!

If you are having problems with your computer, take it to Office Depot at the Avenues in Viera, FL, and get Ryan Mulder, Services Advisor, to check it out for free! I took my Dell All-in-One to him because it was 7 years old and had some problems and I wasn't ready to purchase a new one because I love the one I have. He fixed my computer and updated Windows and it is just like brand new! I will definitely be going back when I need help. Great job!

The copy area is very well run and the associate who helped us genuinely cared about the service he provided and the cleanliness of the copy area.

My computer got hacked. He unlocked my computer and fixed it. This is the second time I've had this happen. I'm thankful to know to immediately shut it down and go to an expert. I would use their tech service for any issue as they are very knowledgeable. I also will continue to buy my ink and office supplies here because of their attention professionalism and service. I highly recommend them.

I've visited a few remodeled Office Depots in Orlando recently. They are VERY nice. I fear Viera being skipped is a bad omen. I certainly hope not, because there's nowhere else to go locally. The local UPS store resembles overpriced anarchy! It's TERRIBLE! Over the past few years, customer service was hit or miss at this OD location, and especially miss at the copy center. More recently, since March 2023, there has been a change. There's actually people willing and eager to help you with printing, copying, and mailing services rather than the formerly typical "Oh God, here comes someone else to bother me" mentality. Impressive changes as of recent, and I've already returned and spent a little more money than usual. Perfect crew right now - give them a little raise and keep them there! Nice work all.

In a day and age of “let the computer deal with the customer “ Office Depot dose a fantastic job. Their prices are good and their customer service is great.

Greatly improved service from previous years. I came into Office Depot the other day to scan and print a set of documents. Despite being short staffed and having an alarm go off constantly, the print support staff (a young woman) did a great job and had a great attitude.

Great service and selection. I was able to make a last minute purchase for a printer cartridge at a competitive price. Now I have a local retailer that has the supplies needed and they provide options to recycle for credits against future purchases. Job well done!

Makgotso was terrific in helping me make a stamp for my companies marketing materials. Excellent customer service!!! Debbie was also terrific. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with the business center!

Bought a desk and chair here at the Viera location during their weekly sale. Friendly and very helpful staff. I also do alot of printing and copying at this location. Clean and quiet store.

Very helpful With all my business office supplies

My mother and I went to the Viera location to try to put some photos on a USB for my father's funeral. It was very last minute as we were overwhelmed with other preparations for his service. David and Ethan assisted us in how to get this done quickly and efficiently. We were so grateful and their kindness and their helpfulness went above and beyond in customer service! I highly recommend this location for quality service!

Viera branch was out of the Bankers Lamp that my wife and I were looking for. We had a hard time finding it in the store and it was a bit difficult to find an employee at first but we did find one. She showed us where the lamps were. She checked on the availability of the Bankers Lamp in her store but unfortunately they were out of them. We wanted two of the Bankers Lamps. She offered to order them for us at first but then she called the Merritt Island store and found that they had two Bankers Lamps in their inventory. She asked them to hold the two lamps for us. We drove to the Merritt Island store and the two Bankers Lamps were set aside and waiting for us to come get them. Thank you to both the Viera branch and the Merritt Island branch and their teamwork in getting us the Bankers Lamps!

I stopped at Office Depot a few days ago. I was in a hurry and needed to find an accordion binder. I asked a lady at the front desk where they are located. I was on my way and this nice young lady, Jennifer, offered to help. She took me back to the section. She found me three different types. She took them out and showed them to me. When I finally made a decision. She thanked me, asked if I needed anything else, and walked to the front of the store with me. I asked for the manager, who I told about my outstanding experience with this young lady. He is putting a name in the hat for an recognition award. I also did a survey and included her name. The next time you need office supplies, go to Office Depot and tell Jennifer I sent you. I think you will be pleased with the service. I know I was.

Excellent copy print services for kids’ science project

I needed some office supplies for 2020, and also was thinking of buying a new office chair. We went into the store and immediately someone said “can I help you?”
While my wife gathered the other Items I went and looked at some chairs, I had some coupons that I could use.
In 15’ I settled on a Thomasville chair , it felt comfortable and I know the brand.
The service at this Viera location is superb. Courteous, and helpful.
I love the chair, the comfort and craftsmanship is top notch. The rollers are smooth as silk.

Absolutely great experience with Ryan. He is helpful and knowledgeable and definitely goes the extra mile. He makes the experience of going to Office Depot in Viera worth driving out of the way to do so. The manager Dan was great as well. Very very helpful
