The owner is super sweet, skilled and made my nails look so pretty 😍 she took her time to make sure I wanted the right products and colors. I tried the chrome for the first time today and I feel pretty! Would visit again soon!

I was visiting the area from out of town, had some time to spare and my nails looked a fright so I stopped in here and so glad I did! They really are friendly and it's a very cute, clean place. The massage chairs are the best I've ever experienced.
I left feeling like a new person and my nails are stunning 😍

I was in Worcester for a conference and found time at the end of my day so I called to check availability; they said to come over. Easy walk from Hilton hotel. The nail technician gave a great pedicure and the other woman in the shop added a little design on each big toe for me. Reasonably priced, clean salon. Very nice ladies!! I would definitely go back again.

Abigail, Kim and Helen are amazing! It’s a very quiet and intimate space. I’m always happy with the service. The service is affordable and amazing! Great place for a pedicure and to get your nails done. Got my rainbow set for Pride month. Very nice staff. Decently priced. Very clean. Will definitely be back again.

This was my first time going to friendly mail salon and the service was extraordinary Helen did my nails for my wedding and I got so many compliments not to mention amazing prices and Thao does the best pedicure I haven’t gotten a pedicure like this since I went to the Dominican Republic. 10/10 love it

I am extremely picky about where I go to get my nails done… I just moved here so I’ve tried multiple salons and Friendly Nails is by far the best! Helen goes above and beyond to do what you like :) I show her pictures of what I want and she will work so hard to make sure you like it! She even mixed two colors together to get the color I liked. So so awesome you need to go here if you haven’t!

The owner did an amazing job! Me and my friend went to get acrylic full sets and pedicures. She was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Every step of the way she made sure we loved how it came out! We both left extremely happy, she went about and beyond!! Highly recommend

Helen was very nice. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did a good job at recreating it. Kim did my nails the other day and she was so nice. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. I got a manicure and a pedicure and she did great. Go see Kim!

I came here today for the first time as a walk in and had a great experience! The staff was so friendly and the person who did my pedicure did great (paint wise, nail shape, actual steps of the pedicure) and then I impulsively decided I wanted a manicure. They easily accommodated me! I wanted a french tip (which can be hard to find a place that does it well. Especially because I’m picky and I like them thin) and I was initially nervous but it came out looking so great! The service was quick too and the price was perfect.

Friendly nails is my new favorite nail salon!! After trying countless salons in the Worcester area and always being dissatisfied, I could not be happier to have found Helen! She did a beautiful job and gave me exactly what I wanted!! Perfection!! 🤩💅🏼

I love the way these came out. Helen did such a nice job on the mama will definitely be back to see her. It was so clean and put together. A woman owned and led business for 25 years, admirable to say the least. I asked Helen for a certain design and she said that it might be too difficult and I appreciated the transparency instead of being disappointed. The set still came out really amazing and I’m happy. Highly recommend this salon!

Now you can ask for pressure nails (gelX) in friendly nails, they have a variety of colors and powders as well, just go and ask for the newest pressure nails (gelX) You will love them! The technicians do a good job! 100% recommended. 💕

This is my second time coming here since moving back to Worcester. The first time I got an ombré acrylic set and the second time I did as well. My sets and pedicures come out super nice each time and I don’t have to go home and fix them! I definitely recommend calling in advanced before coming as it is a small owned business at the moment. Helen is super sweet and is REALLY good at nail designs as well!
