We had a great experience with Percy's. Our dishwasher needed replacement. We had purchased a Bosch refrigerator from them previously and we were very happy with BOSCH quality and performance so we wanted to evaluate what BOSCH had to offer. Jeremy Nork was the Product Specialist who assisted us. His knowledge and guidance about the appliances available was very valuable. As a result we had an excellent customer service experience. Our dishwasher was delivered on time and is performing as anticipated.

We just ordered our second appliance, a Bosch dishwasher, from Jeremy at Percy's. He's very knowledgeable and professional, and helped us pick out an electric range a few months ago. The process was so easy, and the delivery service was great. Also, the prices are comparable to the big box stores.

Percy’s is my go to spot for my appliances. David Brown was fantastic with getting me my dishwasher same day on the Tuesday before thanksgiving so I didn’t have to hand wash all the dishes after dinner. I did upgrade to the Bosch unit from my old GE. I am very happy with it and I know if I do have a problem Percy will be only a phone call way

Customer service was excellent on my recent visit to purchase a Bosch dishwasher from the Outlet store. Jeremy was one of the most knowledgeable Sales/Service people I've ever encountered in any industry. He took his time to go through the inventory, the pro's and con's, features, and did a thorough inspection of the model I picked out. He knew more about these dishwashers than I'd ever imagined anyone would know. My neighbors all recommend Percy's and now I know why. I'll definitely be shopping there again.

Just had a great experience buying a Bosch dish washer. Current GE model running pathetically inconsistent . Jeremy Nork the product specialist did a wonderful job of explaining the nuances of the differences that the Bosch model offers over GE. He did this in a positive manner without condemning GE - and he did it with poise and confidence that made myself as well as my wife feel like we knew him for a long period of time and could trust his product knowledge to help us ultimately with our buying decision. I would recommend Percy's as well as Jeremy for this positive experience. These type of major transactions - no one looks forward to - but this experience was a very good one. So glad we decided to stop in and look at Dishwashers. Great showroom, great customer service. I knew the brand I wanted so Jeremy lead us right to them. He explained the dishwasher in great detail. The pricing was great and he helped us take it with us the same day. I highly recommend shopping here. We love our new Bosch 800.

From the moment I stepped onto the floor, Rick greeted me with a smile that could light up a laundromat. He wasn't your typical pushy salesperson, hovering over you, he patiently listened to my needs, asked thoughtful questions, and explained the different washer/dryer options.

He talked features, efficiency, brands, and the best part he never once pressured me into a sale. He presented the information, answered my questions with genuine enthusiasm, and let me make my own decision.

In the end, thanks to Rick's guidance, I walked out with the perfect washer/dryer combo.

I recently had the pleasure of upgrading our kitchen with a Bosch 3000 series dishwasher from Percy's Appliance, and I couldn't be more delighted with both the product and the service! The dishwasher itself is amazing – whisper-quiet, impeccable cleaning power, and the energy efficiency is top-notch. I had to check to see if it was running because it's that silent! Installation was a breeze, and Percy's made sure everything was to my satisfaction. The dishes come out spotless and the adjustable racks are very easy to move for larger pots and pans. After 12 years our Bosch Dishwasher called it a well deserved career. We purchased this one back in 2011 from Percy’s and had no hesitation on going back for a new one there. The big box stores have their place, however there is no replacement for prompt and knowledgeable associates to work with in a professional atmosphere. Jeremy Nork was amazing through the whole experience. We look forward to our new Bosch Series 800 to arrive and be installed.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the friendly service, and broad selection that we found at Percy’s in Worcester. We were particularly pleased with our kind and knowledgeable salesman David Brown. We drove 40 minutes to visit Percy’s on a Saturday afternoon. David took alot of time with us, and solved our refrigerator dilemma. He found the perfect model for our space.
Then he went on to show an explain to us the best models of dishwashers and induction ranges for our kitchen and our budget. There was no pressure. We made up our minds over the weekend and bought all three appliances from Percy’s on Monday morning. All three appliances were available in their warehouse and are being delivered this week.
