Still great for a late night bite in Franklin! Did my pre-birthday here. Everything and everyone was fantastic!

Tip: if you like your steaks rare... Ask for "extra rare/cold in the middle"... They'll make it and it WILL be delicious!

Being in this area, there isn’t much to eat around here so Applebee’s is usually a regular place i go to when going out to eat. Usually the service is either hit or miss, but tonight I went out to eat with my partner for our anniversary. Julie was our server and she was fantastic! Such a respectful girl & was very on top of everything from the drink refills, to communication, food times, and just everything all over. and this is coming from a fellow server. we need more servers like her. Overall such a fantastic experience. ❤

I had hesitated going here because of the bad reviews. My mistake. The food and service was better than anticipated. It was very good and we will be back.

I can't comment on the atmosphere. It was around noon on Friday. Not too many people were there yet. I ordered a full rack of Ribs and I highly recommend the sweet and spicy Asian sauce. It was so delicious.

Tried to place an online order in the Applebee’s in Suffolk but mistakenly placed it with the store in Franklin. They refunded me, even though it was my own fault, with no hassle at all. Thank you!

I have to admit I hated this place with passion until today. They changed all the hostile employees that were as negligent with the customers as a piece of wood. The new staff is cordial, with a smile, polite, dilligent to the point I could not tell who rhe manager was. Outstanding. We need more places like this around the Franklin area, where the customer service is part of the food service as well, your experience. For me that is as important as the food. I give them five star today and thanks to the girl in the bar for such an amazing job. She is really outstanding 👏 👌 Now I can say I totally recommend this restaurant.

Our experience was amazing. Our host, Hayden, worked hard serving our table but made it seem effortless. He is amazing! He is personable, friendly, fast and efficient. He epitomized great Customer Service and we thank you for making our meal awesome...the back-of-the-house staff is 🔥...food was delicious!!!

Even though it's a chain it never disappoints. Service is great! Best bar to go to in Franklin.

Our lunch at Applebee's last week was one of the best experiences that we have had. The friendly staff greeted us and sat us promptly. Our drinks were at our table within 5 minutes and our waitress came to check on our order. We needed a couple of minutes to make our selection so she left to care for other customers. Shortly she returned and our order was taken. She accommodated our requests and within 15 minutes our food arrived hot and delicious. Our waitress returned to our table at least 5 times to check on our food, our drinks and to give us our check. The restaurant was busy, but we did not feel rushed. All in all, I would be happy to return.

Ate at the bar and enjoyed the bartenders banner. Nice young lady. Both of us had burgers and they were good, yet as the norm I wanted medium and I got well done. I believe most cooks are not grill masters. You are lucky you got your burger. Lol 🤣🤣

This Applebee's had the nicest staff ever. Even when we left, the host made sure to come out the front door to wish us a good day-he had been seating someone else when we walked out. Our server said she was brand new, but she was attentive, friendly, and helpful. I didn't get enough sauce for my sauced chicken strips but she was quick to help me out, although I got the impression that someone in the back didn't want me to have more and indeed sent out a little more than a tablespoon. But it was alright because she was so friendly. Our alcoholic drinks didn't have quite the alcohol content we were hoping for, but were tasty, and we were surprised by a military discount at the time of paying. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. All in all, a good experience made better by wonderful staff.

Just like most things in Franklin no one cares about service.. most everyplace to eat has gone down hill from the Burger King illegal drugstore. To Hardees hareful employees.

We enjoyed chicken tacos appetizer, bacon cheeseburger with garlic green beans, sangria, and a Bahama Mama. Pleasantly surprised at the total bill; it was much lower than expected because it was during Happy Hour! Server was excellent, too!

Waitress was great and food was very good . Blackened shrimp and chicken.

Had the burboun street chicken and shrimp was nicely prepared. Taste was better than expected. Server was a very nice young lady that kept attending our needs over all was a definite will do again

Wait time was about 20mins,waitress was very engaging and attentive. Food hot and delicious, BIG change from the last visit.
