New Peoples Bank

I just turned 18 and I have no idea what I'm doing but the nice peaple that work there has always help me and my family. Iv never had anything go wrong with this bank and the peaple there should get a raise

This Is literally the worst bank I ever had I’m always constantly having issues. There is such a lack of customer service, everyone here is rude and doesn’t wanna help except for the manager but she’s never there and if you leave voicemails your lucky if she calls back. I feel like the people at this location has lost their motivation to be helpful. I opened up another bank account elsewhere and I will be moving all my stuff slowly but Surely.
